TITLE VS. TITLE MATCH ADDED TO MLW NEVER SAY NEVER, MLW TAG CHAMP HEADING TO JAPAN, FATU, OPERA CUP AND MORE

Add MLW World Featherweight Champion Delmi Exo vs. wXw Women’s Champion Ava Everett in a Title vs. Title Bout to MLW's Never Say Never PPV on FITE+ on Saturday 7/8 July 8 at the 2300 Arena in Philadelphia.

MLW Tag Team Champion Lance Anoa'i will be making his Pro Wrestling NOAH debut in Japan on 8/6 as part of their N-1 Victory tour.

There's been several reports of late of Jacob Fatu not appearing for independent events as scheduled.  Indiana's Pro Wrestling King promotion and Wisconsin's Frontline Pro Wrestling have publicly stated that Fatu took advances and then did not get on his flights for bookings, and has not responded to overtures to return advance payments.  In the case of the Frontline event, it was a charity show benefitting Jake's Network of Hope, which confirmed it issued the press release linked above.  MLW wouldn't be involved in this as Fatu books himself independently.    We are told it's not unusual for Fatu to drop communications for a period of time, but he's been active on social media.    Obviously, not a good situation for the promotions involved.

MLW will begin announcing Opera Cup 2023 tournament competitors this week.

The current plans are for at least two additional events in Philadelphia before the end of the year.
