River City Wrestling Convention wrestling show results from Jacksonville, FL on 6/10/2023
The show had blocks of wrestling through the convention from 11-12, 2-3 and about 4:30-5:30.
Match 1) A team whose name I did not catch defeated Jay Lucas and Terry Yaki
Match 2) Jon Davis and O’Shay Edwards vs. Jack Talos and Gabezilla with Simon Sez went to a no contest. Jon and O’Shay wanted the match restarted but Simon Sez backed out of it.
Match 3) Bojack defeated Cha Cha Charlie.
Match 4) Rey Fury defeated Myles Millennium.
Match 5) Stunt Marshall defeated Effy and T.I.M. when T.I.M. hit a moonsault double stomp on Effy and Stunt stole the pin.
Match 6) Renegade Twins defeated Persia Pierce and Tiny Tanilaly via double team move on Persia in about eleven to twelve minutes.
Match 7) Bobby Fish defeated Low Ki in about seventeen minutes when Fish countered Ki’s Dragon Clutch into a trapping pinfall.
Afterwards, Low Ki mentioned this was their first match since 2012 and they are now 1-1 and need to do this again (this was their third match as they also had one in New York for FIP in 2011.) Bobby Fish said “folks, where’s the lie?”
