We begin with a look back at Roman Reigns getting another title belt and the betrayal of his cousin Jimmy.
Solo Sikoa and Paul Heyman are in the ring.
Before Paul can tell us who he is, the music for The Usos play and Jey makes his way to the ring.
Jey says he let a lot of things slide but stabbing your big brother in the back is not what you do. Jey says he does not know if he forgives Solo or not. He tells Paul to say what he has to say.
Paul says Jey has this all right. It is not Solo's fault, it is not his fault, it is not Roman's fault, it is not your fault. It is all Jimmy's fault. Jimmy made up his own mind and not just for himself. Jimmy made up his mind for you.
Paul tells Solo it is okay and he tells him to take a step back.
Paul says he is no physical threat. He is opening his heart for Jey and standing so close to Jey. Did Jimmy ask you about the super kick in advance? No, Jimmy pulled the trigger for himself. He is the older brother, he was the first born. No disrespect to Jimmy, but he always resented you. Paul says Roman wants to groom the Right Hand Man to be the next Tribal Chief. That is your future and your destiny. That is your fate and who you are going to be. It was never going to be Jimmy and he has resented you since day one.
They are booing because they don't know the truth. I have arranged a match that sets your trajectory to become the next Tribal Chief. You bring gold to the Bloodline. It is not tag team gold. There is no more tag team in WWE known as The Usos. You will bring home gold tonight because you will defeat Austin Theory for the United States Championship. Your path to become the Heavyweight Champion starts tonight. Then Roman will embrace you and then groom you for when the time is right, you will become Tribal Chief.
Paul says he needs Jey's answer now.
Jey says he will take Paul up on that US Title Challenge.
Paul offers his hand to Jey and Jey looks at Paul and Solo. Jey looks around to the crowd who does not want the handshake to happen.
Jey says he will get back to Paul on that.
Before our first match starts, LA Knight makes his way to ringside to watch the match.
Match Number One: Santos Escobar (with Rey Mysterio) versus Mustafa Ali in a Money in the Bank Qualifying Match
Santos and Ali talk about how they are going to win. Santos with a punch and Ali with a chop. Santos with a chop. Santos with a forearm and a flying forearm. Ali flips over Santos in the corner and hits a head scissors take down that sends Santos to the floor. Santos pulls Ali to the floor. Santos with a chop and Ali chops back. They go back and forth with forearms. Santos tries to Irish whip Ali into the ring steps but Ali leaps onto the steps. Santos gets on the apron and connects with a kick to the head. Ali with a knee and Santos pushes Ali into the ring post. Santos with a kick and a rana off the ring steps. Santos sends Ali back into the ring and Santos gets a near fall. Ali goes to the floor and Santos with a suicide dive.
Santos returns to the ring and then he goes up top while the referee makes her count. Santos with a cross body off the turnbuckles.
We go to commercial.
We are back and both men are on the turnbuckles. Ali lands on his feet off the turnbuckles to the floor. Santos comes off the turnbuckles and Ali with a drop kick. Ali goes up top and sets for a 450 splash but Santos moves and Ali rolls through. Santos sends Ali into the turnbuckles and then hits a poisonrana for a near fall. Santos with a running double knee strike in the corner and he gets Ali on his shoulders. Ali escapes and gets a near fall with an O'Connor Roll. Ali with a tornado DDT for a near fall. Ali pulls himself up to the turnbuckles. Santos with a kick to stop Ali and Santos climbs the turnbuckles for a Super Phantom Drivver but Ali with elbows.
Santos hits the Super Phantom Driver for the three count.
Winner: Santos Escobar
After the match, Rey signals for Cruz, Joaquin, and Zelina to come out to celebrate.
Jey is in the back and Sami Zayn is there.
Sami says it is a big night for Jey. Sami says he wanted to tell Jey something. In the time they were together, they were some of the best times of his life. He knows they were the best time of Jey's life. Sami talks about all of the good things they did together. That couldn't happen because of one person, the Tribal Chief. That is when the Paul Heyman voice gets in his head and the paranoia happens. Sami says he tried to do everything for the Bloodline until Roman tested him against his brother. Now Roman is doing that to you.
Sami says he hopes Jey wins tonight so the Bloodline sees that they need Jey more than Jey needs them.
Sami tells Jey to remember the consequences of what happens if you make that choice. No more Jimmy and Jey and no more Usos.
Jey walks away.
We are back and Kayla Braxton is in the ring and she brings out the NXT Women's Tag Team Champions Alba Fyre and Isla Dawn.
Before they can speak, the WWE Tag Team Champions Shayna Baszler and Ronda Rousey interrupt and come out.
Shayna wants to know if Alba and Isla want to calm themselves the women's tag team champions. How much do you know about the history of those titles? Shayna says she is the reason those titles were created. Those Shayna Baszler Commemorative Tag Titles are hers.
Ronda says they have been running through this division so fast they are going to be hungry soon. This division isn't big enough for the two of them. They want their titles too.
Isla says you want to face them in a unification match.
Alba says they accept and they attack Shayna and Ronda. Shayna sends Isla to the floor while Ronda holds Alba. Dawn stops Shayna from kicking Fyre. Alba and Isla send Ronda to the floor. Alba with a gourdbuster to Shayna and Isla with a knee to the head.
Michael Cole mentions the passing of the Iron Sheik and they go to a video package.
Match Number Two: Bayley (with Iyo Sky) versus Mia Yim (with AJ Styles) in a Money in the Bank Qualifying Match
Bayley punches and kicks Mia and they go to the floor. Bayley sends Mia into the announce table and then Bayley has some words for AJ. Bayley turns around into a suicide dive. Mia with a La Magistral for a near fall. Mia with another near fall. Mia with forearms for a near fall. Mia with chops and punches. Bayley with an Irish whip and Mia floats over and hits a head scissors take down. Bayley sends Mia to the apron but Mia with a tornado DDT for a near fall. Mia with kicks to the head and Bayley goes to the apron. Bayley claims she is injured when the referee checks but Bayley was faking. Mia punches Bayley when she tries to sneak attack Mia.
Bayley grabs Mia by the hair and sends her into the turnbuckles. Bayley with a Rose Plant for the three count.
Winner: Bayley
After the match, Scarlett shows up and sprays red dust in AJ's face. Kross with a Kross Jacket from the front row.
We take a look back at the cowardly, blind side attack by Bianca Belair on last week's Smackdown.
Bianca is with Adam Pearce and she says she wants a match against Asuka. Adam mentions that he has to give Asuka her new belt and Bianca says she will win it from her. Adam asks Bianca not to attack Asuka.
Bianca asks Adam if he wants her to do nothing. Adam says that Bianca is in line for a rematch so she tells Bianca not to do anything tonight.
Bianca says if she is getting a rematch, she won't attack Asuka tonight.
