Former WWE, ROH and AEW Champion CM Punk returned to TV last night in his recurring role on FX's Mayans M.C. playing the role of military veteran Paul, a character that was created specifically for Punk.
Punk will return as Ricky Rabies as part of the second season of Heels, which premieres on STARZ on 7/28. Punk's character is in part based on the late Tracy Smothers as a tribute to him.
Meanwhile, Punk posted a Story on his Instagram account, dedicating his AEW return to WWE Hall of Famer Bret Hart.
