AEW International Title: Orange Cassidy vs. Swerve Strickland
They are pushing hard that Cassidy is worn out as he heads to his 24th title defense. Cassidy is taped up heavily about the neck. Immediately the champion puts his hands in his pockets and evades Swerve's offense. Front facelock into a takedown by Cassidy, Swerve into a rear chinlock. Arm twist by the challenger. Reversal into an Octopus by Cassidy. Cassidy twists Swerve's fingers. Swerve blocks a DDT but Cassidy sends Swerve to the floor. Cassidy follows but Swerve with a chop and sends Cassidy into the rail and Swerve slams the injured Cassidy hand into the post.
Back in the ring, Swerve with a back elbow. Cassidy with a piggyback to the floor and he nails a running elbow. Cross body by Cassidy. Swerve with a right hand. Action spills to the top rope. Swerve sends Cassidy into the top buckle as we go to commercial.
Welcome back and it's Cassidy breaking a chinlock. Forearms by OC. Kick by Swerve. Side kick by the champion. Stundog by Cassidy. Spear by Cassidy, the champ is rocking now. Punch by Swerve. Uppercuts by the challenger. Cassidy fights back into a backslide for 2. DDT by OC for 2. Cassidy to the 2nd rope, Swerve with a punch and DVD's him into the apron. Cassidy slides out of the way. They fight on the apron. OC with kicks. DDT to the floor by Cassidy! DDT in the ring for 2 by Cassidy. OC nails a rana for 2.
Prince Nana to the apron, OC with an Orange Punch and a Beach Break for 2. Tope by Cassidy but Swerve catches him and nails a brain buster. Crucifix for 2 by OC. Kick by Swerve into a double stomp for 2. Rollup by Cassidy and he scores the pin.

Welcome back and Yuta with a German to Taylor. Knee Strike by Taylor, tag to Trent. Tag to Moxley. Trent punches Mox. Rocky tags in and hits a series of dives. Double knee strike by Roppongi Vice. Rocky scores a 2. Trent reverses a piledriver and Stoem zero for 2. Rocky is legal and misses a sliced bread. Armbar by Rocky. Claudio blocks a Trent drive and Moxley nails a Bulldog choke for the tap.

MJF actually calls him worthy competition, making a lot of NXT references. MJF seems excited about this match up...BUT...then "this" guy showed up. MJF asks what happened. He calls Britt Baker the man of the family. He makes fun of Cole's physique. MJF puts over his accomplishments. He read a rumor about Cole not having top guy potential. He agrees with Vince McMahon now.
Cole finally grabs a mic. He calls MJF a toxic social media troll. He makes fun of MJF's obsession with other people's relationships. He calls MJF a D-Bag. He acknowledges the physique issue and challenges MJF to a urine test.
Not sure how Tony Khan feels about that one.
Cole rips into MJF being lazy and says no one respects him. Colorado chants "no respect."
Cole calls him a coward and says he's better than MJF. Furious, MJF agrees to a match.
Matt Hardy vows to make a better man out of Ethan Page.
Tornado Match: Hook & Jack Perry vs. Dralistico and Preston Vance.
La Faccion Ingobernobles attack in the aisle but JungleHook grab the edge almost immediately. Vance with a big clothesline to Hook. Vance gets sent over the barricade and he and Hook fight in the crowd. In the ring Dralistico kicks Perry. Perry then chokes Dralistico as we go to commercial.
As we return, Dralistico with a stomp to Perry on the apton. All 4 brawl on the floor. Hook has a chain and nails Vance with it. Vance is busted wide open as he eats a tope from Perry. Dralistico nails Perry with a dice. Hook suplexes Dralistico to the floor. Lariat by Vance. Vance chokes Hook with the chain, Perry fights him off with a chair. Hook with a t bone through a table. Jose breaks up a Perry pin attempt. Hook with Redrum on Jose. Snare trap by Perry and Dralistico taps out.

Starks attacks White on the ramp and kicks him to the ground, Starks with kicks and sends White into the rail.
We get a promo for the Stanley Cup Finals. Hopefully, long suffering Dave Scherer finally gets a cup. Starks brings the action back inside and nails a backdrop. Starks to the floor, he chases White up the ramp. Kneekift by White, elbow by Starks, Starks sends the action back into the ring. White with a slam into the apron. Back on the floor, Starks with a suplex as we go to commercial.
Back to action Starks fights out of Blade Runner. Elbow by Starks into a DDT for 2. Uranage by Starks for 2. White blocls Rochambeau into a double underhook for 2 by White. They trade chops. Kick by white. Knee strike off a spear attempt by Starks. Starks gets the spear. Rochambeau by Starks but the ref gets hit. Austin and Colton Gunn interfere 3:10 to yuma by the Gunns. Blade Runner and White gets the pin.
