The scheduled 6/15 hearing on WWE's Motion to dismiss MLW's lawsuit has been canceled as WWE's Attorneys are unable to make that date. No rescheduled hearing has been set yet.
MLW motion to have some of their propietary information sealed from the public's eyes in the lawsuit was approved by the court on 6/5.
MLW also filed a new motion on 6/5, seeking to strike some of the material WWE filed with the court as part of their latest argument to dismiss the lawsuit, noting that they were printouts of third-party websites that had statements that were properly vetted or proven, including a "press release" that WBD had signed a new deal with AEW for a reported $240, which obviously is not the case. The court has yet to rule on the motion.
