WWE filed a motion regarding MLW's lawsuit against them yesterday, requesting the court push the scheduled 6/15 hearing in regard to WWE's attempt to dismiss the latest amended lawsuit to 7/20 at 9 AM.
WWE noted in the motion that their attorneys would not be available on 6/15 and both sides had agreed to the new date. It is up to the court to approve.
