The AJ Styles addition to Raw last night was a last second creative decision, PWInsider.com has confirmed. Styles was not originally slated for Raw and actually flew home upon returning to the United States on Sunday. So, if you were wondering if they planned all along to blow up the latest brand split, that's a no.
New WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins will be on all Raws going forward, so if he has any additional filming commitments for Marvel Studios' Captain America: New World Order, they are not conflicting with Raw anytime soon.
We are aso told Trish Stratus will still be appearing regularly on Raw going forward, so the addition of Zoey Stark was not to give her someone to appear as her proxy in Stratus' absence. Stratus will be appearing weekly as often as possible on Mondays.
Those who made the trip to Saudi Arabia were pretty tired at Raw, even with the night's sleep in Albany, NY on Sunday. It was a long travel process that saw them leave Jeddah three hours late, fly to NYC and then onto to Albany.
