The WWE & Peacock documentary “Woooooo! Becoming Ric Flair” did not win a Sports Emmy for Outstanding Long Documentary last night. Netflix's The Redeem Team, about the United States Olympic Men's Basketball Team’s quest for gold at the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing won the Award. Flair was in attendance at the awards ceremony last night.
Since we have been asked a lot about this, as of yesterday, there has been zero movement on the Trenesha Biggers/Rhaka Khan lawsuit against 100,000 people and entities. She was told in March by the court she could move forward without paying the filing fees and nothing has happened since.
As of this morning, there has still be no summons issued to defendants in the lawsuit brought against WWE, Vince McMahon, etc. in the Britney Abrahams lawsuit alleging racist conduct on behalf of WWE personell working in the creative team.
