Fast X, the latest installment of the Fast & Furious film franchise is believed to have hit $319 million worldwide at the box office for its opening weekend, which if correct, will leave it as second to the Super Mario Bros. animated film for the biggest opening this year theatrically.
The film features John Cena's second appearance as Jakob Torretto, the brother to lead character Dom Toretto as played by Vin Diesel.
