Here are the second round of NWA Australia Tour results from Smashing Pumpkins' World Is A Vampire tour:

4/23/2023 Kryal Castle, Ballarat, VIC

- The Southern 6 (ThillBilly Silas Mason & Alex Taylor) beat Caveman Ugg & Jake Taylor after Alex Taylor pinned Caveman Ugg after interference.
- Natalia Markova beat Aysha by DQ after Kenzie Paige attacked Natalia.
- "The Business" Slex pinned Mercurio vs Slex
-  The NWA World Jr Heavyweight Champion Kerry Morton successfully defended the championship via pinfall against Adam Brooks
- Thrillbilly Silas Mason was victorious over Jake Taylor in a NO DQ match that took place due to the opening match's outcome.
- NWA World Womens TV Champion Kenzie Paige pinned Aysha in a triple-threat match that included Natalia Markova (this match took place after Kenzie's interference in the earlier contest)
- Emman Azman beat Alex Taylor via DQ after the Southern 6 interfered in the match.
- The NWA World Tag Team Champions La Rebellion (Mecha Wolf & Beats 666) successfully defended the titles via pinfall against The Natural Classics (Tome & Stevie Filip)
- The NWA World Jr Heavyweight Champion Kerry Morton successfully defended the championship via pinfall against Emman Azman after being forced to defend the championship again due to his interference earlier in the evening.

4/26/2023 Adelaide Entertainment Center, SA

- Delta pinned Natalia Markova in a triple-threat match that included NWA World Women's TV Champion Kenzie Paige
- Thrillbilly Silas Mason pinned Mat "Grim" Basso
- The NWA World Tag Team Champions La Rebellion (Mecha Wolf & Beats 666) successfully defended the titles via pinfall against The Parea (Eli Theseus & Gabriel Aeros)
- The NWA World Jr Heavyweight Champion Kerry Morton won a non-title triple threat match via pinfall on Nick Armstrong in a match that also involved Mercurio

4/27/2023 PICA, Port Melbourne, VIC

- NWA World Womens TV Champion Kenzie Paige pinned Aysha in a non-title match
- "The Golden Boy" Emman Azman won a 10-person Melbourne Mayhem Battle Royale to earn an NWA World Tag Team title opportunity later in the evening with a partner of his choosing (other competitors include: Adam Brooks, Caveman Ugg, Natalia Markova, Tome & Stevie Filipe, Mercurio, Thrillbilly Silas Mason, "Jurassic Punk" Syd Parker, and "The Bone Collector" Jake Taylor)
- The NWA World Jr Heavyweight Champion Kerry Morton successfully defended the championship via pinfall against "The Business" Slex
- The NWA World Tag Team Champions La Rebellion (Mecha Wolf & Beats 666) successfully defended the titles via pinfall against the team of Adam Brooks & Emman Azman

4/29/2023 Newcastle

- Adam Hoffman pinned Mat Diamond to earn a shot at the NWA World Jr. Heavyweight Championship later in the evening after Kerry Morton and the Southern 6 laid out the challenge
- Matt Boyton pinned Mercurio
- The team of Jessica Troy & Rita Stone defeated the team of Kenzie Piage & Natalia Markova after Kenzie turned on her partner
- The NWA World Jr Heavyweight Champion Kerry Morton successfully defended the championship via pinfall against Adam Hoffman
- The NWA World Tag Team Champions La Rebellion (Mecha Wolf & Bestia 666)  successfully defended the titles via pinfall against The Velocities (Paris De Silva & Jude London)
- "The Business" Slex pinned Thrillbilly Silas Mason (accompanied by Alex Taylor) with a rollup out of the Thrillride

4/30/2023 Broadwater Parklands, Gold Coast

- Adam Brooks pinned Tim Hayden to earn a shot at the NWA World Jr. Heavyweight Championship later in the evening after Kerry Morton and the Southern 6 laid out the challenge
- The team of Yeet Stevens & Bobby Bishop beat Mercurio & Mitch Ryder when Bishop pinned Mercurio (who spent most of the match avoiding contact)
- NWA World Womens TV Champion Kenzie Paige pinned Natalia Markova in a non-title match after Alex Taylor interfered
- The NWA World Jr Heavyweight Champion Kerry Morton successfully defended the championship via pinfall against "Loose Ledge" Adam Brooks with the Southern 6 banned from ringside after previous interference
- The NWA World Tag Team Champions La Rebellion (Mecha Wolf & Beats 666) successfully defended the titles via pinfall against The Natural Classics (Tome & Stevie Filip)
- Thrillbilly Silas Mason w/ Alex Taylor pinned "The Business" Slex after interference from Kerry Morton and Alex Taylor with Australia fighting all of the Southern 6 off at the end and standing tall.
