MLW UNDERGROUND REPORT

We start off with a look at Battle Riot that was won by Alex Kane.

Alex Kane makes his way to the ring with the BOMAYE Fight Club.

Alex throws out a few BOMAYEs. Alex says MLW has been doing him dirty. Regardless of that, BOMAYE Fight Club is for the people. Alex wants to know if anyone is not for the people. Alex returns to the ring. He says they don’t fight for free. He says they are bringing back the Thrilla in Phila. He says this bag of cash goes to whoever can go one-on-one with Mr. Thomas. Alex gives Thomas the mic.

Thomas says he is sick and tired of being overlooked. There is no one who is in better shape than him and no one in the back can beat him. Not Davey Boy Smith, Jacob Fatu, or Alex Hammerstone.

MLW World Champion Alex Hammerstone makes his way to the ring.

The BOMAYE Fight Club members go after Hammerstone but Alex fights them off.

Match Number One: Alex Hammerstone versus Mr. Thomas for the MLW World Championship

Thomas with a forearm and punches followed by a chop. Thomas chokes Alex in the corner and rips his shirt. Thomas kicks Alex and connects with forearms and chops.

We go to commercial.

We are back and Thomas with a splash in the corner. Alex with punches and forearms. Thomas rakes the eyes and he connects with clotheslines in the corner. Alex with an Irish whip and clothesline. BOMAYErs try to interfere but Alex stops them. Alex with a back elbow and he hits the Nightmare Pendulum for the three count.

Winner: Alex Hammerstone (retains championship)

After the match, The Calling show up on the stage and the screen goes gray.

One of the masked men go to the ring and Alex with a punch. Another one comes to the ring and he is stopped with a punch.

Lance Anoa’i and Jacob Fatu jump onto The Calling on the stage. Juicy Finau shows up to join his family. They fight on the stage and go to the back.

We go to footage from a press conference announcing a live show on FITE+ on July 8th. Alex Kane faces Alex Hammerstone for the MLW World Championship.

MLW Fusion will return to the screen.

We take a look at footage of Sam Adonis and Mance Warner at Battle Riot.

Mance Warner has comments.

Mance talks about what he does every day. He says he has been cleaning up after the animals. He says he avoids stepping in crap. He has been thinking about one thing, Sam Adonis. He says he has been writing down ways to beat Sam. You don’t cross the lord and you don’t cross Mancer.

Midas Black appears on the stage with a mic. He welcomes everyone to the greatest show in wrestling, The Mane Event.
Juicy and Lance pose for the crowd and they turn their back on The Mane Event so Midas hits a drop kick off Jay’s back and it sends Lance off the apron onto Juicy. The referee starts the match.

Match Number Two: Juicy Finau and Lance Anoa’i versus Jay Lyon and Midas Black for the MLW Tag Team Championships

Lyon with a suicide dive through a ring onto Juicy and Lance. Jay holds Lance on the ropes and Midas with the Flying Trapeze for a near fall.

We go to commercial.

We are back and Lyon and Midas with forearms and a double shoulder tackle. Lyon with a flip off Midas’s back and he gets a near fall. Lyon with a chop and he tags in Midas. Lyon with a splash and Midas with an uppercut for a near fall. Lyon tags in and Lance with punches and chops. Lance with a super kick to Lyon and he sends Lyon into Midas but Lyon sends Midas into Lance for a spear and a near fall.

Juicy breaks up the cover and he misses a double clothesline. Lyon and Midas with a double super kick and it has no effect. Juicy with a double cross body. Juicy sends Lyon into Midas and then Juicy with a splash to both men. Lance with a kick to Midas and he goes to the floor. Juicy with a sit out pile driver followed by a frog splash from Lance for the three count.

Winners: Juicy Finau and Lance Anoa’i (retain championship)

We have a video package for the Opera Cup, which will be coming with the return of MLW Fusion on May 25th.

B3CCA makes her way to the stage. She asks how everyone is doing. She says she has her party hat on and she wants to know who is ready for a good time. She ‘sings’ on her way to the ring and the crowd is not really receptive to her performance.

Match Number Three: B3CCA versus Brittany Blake

They lock up and Blake with a wrist lock. B3CCA with a reversal and Blake pulls B3CCA to the mat. Blake pushes B3CCA and B3CCA with a super kick. Blake goes to the floor. B3CCA goes for a suicide dive but Blake with a forearm. Blake with a Tiger Feint Kick. Blake with forearms and a snap mare followed by a kick to the back. B3CCA with forearms but Blake with a knee. Blake with an Irish whip and B3CCA with a forearm and chop. B3CCA with an elbow into the corner followed by a Yakuza kick.

B3CCA with a missile drop kick. B3CCA goes to the apron and hits a cannonball. B3CCA goes up top and hits a cross body for a near fall. B3CCA gets Blake up but Blake escapes and hits an enzuigiri. Blake gets a near fall. B3CCA with a forearm and a German suplex. B3CCA goes to the turnbuckles for a 450 splash and the three count.

Winner: B3CCA

We go to Sam Leterna with Delmi Exo.

Sam asks Delmi about setting herself apart from the other women. Delmi says she is back after a long time away. It is her goal to become the next Featherweight champion.

We take a look at highlights from last week’s Battle Riot.

We see John Hennigan in the back bouncing as he prepares for his match.

We go to commercial.

We are back and we see the FBI and SST fighting in the back.

Jacob Fatu makes his way to the ring and he is attacked by The Calling and the filter goes gray. Page hits Fatu in the back with a chair. Fatu tries to fight off everyone but the numbers are too much. Akira with a running knee to the back of the head.

The Calling leave as security checks on Fatu.

We go to credits.
