For those curious, Vince McMahon is not at tonight's Monday Night Raw. He is back in Stamford, CT. We are told he went over the original plans for Raw but there weren't any massive changes made because of Vince. However, there have been some major rewrites to the show, but not because of McMahon.
Numerous WWE sources have relayed that today has been an absolute travel day from hell for a huge portion of the Raw roster heading into Seattle, Washington. One source described it as half the roster but another source denied that and said it wasn't "that severe."
Since a number of talents are not expected to make it to the taping in time, that has led to some creative changes to the show. We are told about a third of the show was changed from the original plans.
We are also told that there are talents in-bound who they are hoping make it in time, but their segments will be last second additions if they are able to land and get to the venue. The hope is that they will make it.
Needless to say, it's been a pretty stressful day for the company on the creative side. They are basically putting together a show with the performers they have available.
