Hitting the ropes, a dropkick sends Janela to the floor….and Joey wants Kota to come out to HIS kingdom. It’s all mind games as Joey invites Kota in once he jumps out. Good show. Not the outright FEVER DREAM that previous years have been but definitely some unique matchups and moments. Joey grabs the mic and talks about signing his first wrestling contract 4 years ago. He says it started great but he lost himself. He thanks AEW and Tony Khan for everything he did…but he got lost in there. He talks about Ibushi losing himself too for a while and coming back and choosing GCW for his return. It means the world to him and welcome back to the business, Kota Ibushi. He ovation from the audience for Ibushi. Meanwhile, Joey is still pouring blood and probably needs to roll around in a pile of stitches.
