AEW DARK ELEVATION EPISODE 107 RECAP
Skye Blue vs. TFA
The match begins with TFA attacking Blue before the bell sounded, TFA then hits Blue with a knee to the back of the head for a near fall. TFA gets Blue in a seated position before kicking her in the back for a near fall, TFA sets up for a power bomb and Blue gets free before rolling her up for a two count. Blue cracks TFA with a bunch of strikes before landing a knee strike, Blue then hits TFA with a drop kick. Blue goes to the top rope and she lands a high cross body for a near fall, TFA fights back and she lands a modified reverse DDT on Blue for a near fall. TFA goes for a pedigree and Blue escapes before landing a code red for a three count.
Winner: Skye Blue
Jake Hager w/Angelo Parker vs. Adam Knight
The match begins with Hager scoring a takedown on Knight before slapping him a few times, Knight looks for his own takedown before landing a clothesline on Hager. Hager backs Knight into the corner while landing some strikes, Hager follows up by dropping Knight with a clothesline. Hager then hits Knight with a Vader Bomb for a three count.
Winner: Jake Hager w/Angelo Parker
Emi Sakura vs. Zoe Sager
The match begins with Sakura backing Sager into the ropes before landing a chop, Sager fights back and she drops Sakura with a drop kick. Sakura pops back up and she tosses Sager across the ring, Sakura follows up by landing a slam on Sager. Sager fights back and she exchanges strikes with Sakura, Sakura ends the exchange by landing a double underhook back breaker for a near fall. Sager escapes the grip of Sakura before landing an enziguri followed by a knee strike, Sager then nails Sakura with a face wash. Sager goes to the top rope and she lands a missile drop kick on Sakura for a near fall, Sakura recovers and she hits Sager with a spinning neck breaker. Sakura traps Sager in the corner before landing a running cross body block, Sakura then locks Sager in the surfboard stretch to force a tap out.
Winner: Emi Sakura
Brandon Cutler vs. Jason Geiger
The match begins with Cutler getting Geiger in a headlock, Geiger gets free and Cutler drops him with a shoulder tackle. Geiger gets up and he drops a charging Cutler with a back elbow strike, Geiger then hits Cutler with a suplex. Geiger trips up Cutler and Cutler gets to the ropes to avoid a submission attempt, Cutler grabs his ankle and Geiger nails him with more strikes. Cutler fights back and he has a striking exchange with Geiger, Cutler drops Geiger before landing multiple elbow drops. Geiger recovers and he catches Cutler in an arm bar from out of nowhere, Geiger transitions to a rear naked choke and Cutler backs him into the corner. Cutler then hits Geiger with an airplane spin, Geiger reapplies the rear naked choke to Cutler and Cutler spins his way to freedom before falling on Geiger. Geiger recovers and he gets Cutler in the rear naked choke again and Cutler rolls through for a three count.
Winner: Brandon Cutler
Matt Hardy, Isaiah Kassidy & Ethan Page w/Stokely Hathaway vs. Massive Damage, Mo Jabari & Sebastian Wolfe
The match begins with Kassidy and Jabari doing some chain wrestling, Kassidy eventually drops Jabari with a neck breaker. Hardy tags in and he double teams Jabari alongside Kassidy for a near fall, Jabari fights back and he tags Wolfe into the match. Hardy immediately drops Wolfe with a hip toss before landing a few strikes, Hardy sends Wolfe into the turnbuckle a few times. Page tags in and he double teams Wolfe alongside Hardy, Kassidy tags back in and he attacks the injured arm of Wolfe. Kassidy traps Wolfe in the corner and Kassidy gets dropped after Damage interferes, Jabari tags in and Kassidy takes everybody out before tagging Page in. Page quickly starts cleaning house against the opposing team, a brawl breaks out between both teams in the ring. Page hits Jabari with the Ego's Edge for a three count.
Winners: Matt Hardy, Isaiah Kassidy & Ethan Page w/Stokely Hathaway
After the match, Stokely Hathaway attacks Mo Jabari.
Top Flight (Dante & Darius Martin) vs. Michael Allen Richard Clark & Shaun Moore
The match begins with Darius and Moore doing some chain wrestling, Darius gets Moore in the kravat before transitioning into a headlock. Moore cracks Darius with a few strikes before getting him in a headlock, Darius gets free and he nails Moore with a neck breaker followed by a thrust kick to the head. Dante tags in and he nails Moore with a corner clothesline. Dante then hits Moore with a slingshot swanton bomb after a Darius suplex, Darius tags back in and Clark trips him up so Moore can land a drop kick. Clark tags in and he nails Darius with a power slam, Darius fights back and he kicks Clark in the head before landing some follow up strikes. Moore tags back in and he nails a cornered Darius with some strikes, Darius gets free and he tags Dante into the match. Dante quickly starts cleaning house against the opposing team, Dante lands a top rope high cross body on Moore for a near fall. Darius hits the ring and he takes Clark out with a tornado DDT, Dante then hits Clark with a suicide dive. Dante then lands a top rope splash on Moore for a three count.
Winners: Top Flight (Dante & Darius Martin)
ROH Women's World Title Proving Ground MatchAthena (c) vs. Taylor Rising
The match begins with Athena leveling Rising with a forearm strike, Athena uses a baseball slide drop kick to knock Rising out of the ring. Athena leaves the ring and she sends Rising into the barricade, Rising fights back and she sends Athena into the ring steps. Rising looks for a pedigree on the arena floor and Athena counters with an Alabama slam, Athena gets Rising back in the ring before kicking her in the back. Rising fights back and she nails Athena with a second rope rana, Rising then hits Athena with a pump kick followed by a pedigree for a near fall. Rising goes to the top rope and Athena avoids her leap before landing a shotgun drop kick, Athena then hits Rising with a double knee strike followed by a modified code break. Athena locks Rising in the cross face and Rising taps out.
Winner: Athena
After the match, Athena continues attacking Taylor Rising.
Dustin Rhodes & Keith Lee vs. Levi Knight & Jessie V
The match begins with Rhodes nailing Knight with a shoulder tackle followed by an arm drag, Lee tags in and he double teams Knight with Rhodes. Lee follows up by landing a back body drop on Knight, V tags in and Lee quickly drops him with a shoulder tackle. Lee focuses his attack on the arm of Rhodes before eating a few strikes, Lee gets angry and he nails V with a headbutt to the midsection. Lee then drops V with an overhead release suplex, Knight tags in and Lee hits him with an overhead release suplex. Rhodes tags in and he drops Knight before landing a power slam on Knight, Lee picks up Rhodes and he tosses him onto both opponents. Rhodes then hits Knight with a spinning neck breaker for a three count.
Winners: Dustin Rhodes & Keith Lee
Dark Order (John Silver & Alex Reynolds) vs. Ari Daivari & Tony Nese w/Mark Sterling
The match begins with Nese and Daivari attacking their opponents before the bell sounds, Silver gets up and he nails Nese with a variety of strikes. Daivari interferes and he trips up Silver so Nese can drop him, Silver falls out of the ring before being double teamed by the opposition. Nese and Daivari get Silver back in the ring to double team him again, Nese tags in and he again double teams Silver with Daivari. Silver fights back and Nese nails him with a spinning head kick for a near fall, Silver fights back and he escapes the grasp of Nese to land a double stomp on him. Reynolds and Daivari are tagged in by their respective partners, Reynolds quickly starts cleaning house against the opposing team. Reynolds clears the ring before taking everybody out with a suicide dive, Reynolds gets Daivari back in the ring before landing a pop up knee strike. Reynolds then hits Daivari with a tiger bomb for a near fall, Nese hits the ring and he gets Silver to the arena floor before getting knocked out of the ring before Reynolds. Daivari drops Reynolds with a reverse DDT before tagging Nese in, Silver returns and he eats a super kick from Daivari.
Reynolds and Silver work together to get Daivari out of the ring, Reynolds and Silver nail Nese with a combination of holds for a three count.
