WWE filed a motion to extend the time to respond to MLW's Amended lawsuit last week. It was approved by The U.S. District Court, California Northern District (San Jose) on 3/14.
They will now have until 4/7 to respond.
MLW would then have until 5/8 to respond.
WWE will get until 5/29 to support their motion, at which point the court would, on their own timeline, issue a ruling.
Should MLW's suit be dismissed the second time, that would likely be it for it.
Should WWE fail to get the Amended case dismissed, the two sides would go forward with discovery and prepare for trial, unless they come to some sort of settlement.
