NBC New York profiled WWE Hall of Famer and trainer Johnny Rodz and how lucky he is to still be alive after suffering a silent heart attack at this link.
Rodriguez was visiting an Ohio rest stop during a family road trip when, without warning, he found himself gasping for air.
"All of a sudden, I got this feeling about breathing that - wow - I could not breathe," Rodriguez told NBC New York.
Rodz, now 81 later learned he was suffering from silent ischemia. He underwent a triple bypass surgery several years back and is still training talents at his world famous school in Brooklyn, NY, which developed Taz, Tommy Dreamer, D-Von Dudley, Matt Striker and many others
