TAYA VALKYRIE DEBUTS FOR AEW

Taya Valkyrie officially debuted for AEW tonight, confronting AEW TBS Champion Jade Cargill.

Taya has signed with the promotion. 

As PWInsider.com broke several weeks ago in the Elite section, Taya has finished up with Impact Wrestling and her farewell vignette will air shortly after being taped in Las Vegas.  We also noted AEW was her likely destination.  As late as yesterday, Valkyrie was dismissing the reports she would be debuting and stated she would be home in Los Angeles tonight.   

Taya remains the MLW Featherweight Champion.  PWInsider.com is told MLW was aware Taya was signing with AEW and has made arrangements for her to finish up with the promotion.  She is slated to defend the championship on 4/6 in New York City.
