- The show starts off with highlights of Bullet Club defeating The Motor City Machineguns to win the Impact Wrestling World Tag Team Championships, plus what went down last week between Impact Wrestling Knockouts Champion Mickie James and Gisele Shaw.
- Bully Ray makes his way to the ring and he gets a microphone, Ray talks about the words “someone like me” that Tommy Dreamer said to him at No Surrender. Ray asks members of the audience what Dreamer meant by those words, Ray talks about the injuries Dreamer suffered at No Surrender. Ray also discusses the challenge Dreamer made for a Busted Open Match at Sacrifice, Ray claims Dreamer cannot wrestle and is just trying to look tough. Ray says Dreamer knows that he cannot compete at Sacrifice, Santino Marella makes his way on stage. Santino talks about the damage that Ray did to Dreamer at No Surrender, Santino says Ray will face Dreamer in a Busted Open Match at Sacrifice. Bhupinder Gujjar comes out on stage and he says something in his native tongue, Santino says Gujjar has challenged him to a match and he makes it official.
Bully Ray vs. Bhupinder Gujjar
The match begins with Ray missing a chain shot and Gujjar cracks him with a few strikes, Ray recovers and he runs over a charging Gujjar. Ray keeps Gujjar down while landing an elbow drop, Ray stands Gujjar up before landing some chops. Gujjar fights back and he manages to drop Ray with a drop kick followed by a clothesline, Gujjar then hits Ray with a second drop kick. Gujjar goes to the top rope and Ray crotches him before knocking him to the mat below, Ray gets the chain and Gujjar nails him with a super kick. Gujjar gets the chain and Ray hits him with a low blow to cause a DQ.
Winner: Bhupinder Gujjar, by DQ
After the match, Bully Ray whips Bhupinder Gujjar with the chain until Tommy Dreamer makes the save. Masha Slamovich appears and she hits Dreamer with a low blow, Slamovich continues attacking Dreamer until Mickie James makes the save. James goes after Slamovich until Ray chokes her with a chain, Dreamer gets a chair and he chases everybody off.
- A video airs showing PCO in the desert with the shovel, PCO talks about Eddie Edwards trying to bury him alive in the desert. PCO says he is still alive and he challenges him to a fight in the desert.
- Rich Swann is approached backstage by Josh Alexander, Alexander wants Swann to be on his team at Sacrifice and Swann accepts. Steve Maclin appears and he wants to be on the team as well, Maclin says he wants to make sure Alexander makes it to Rebellion and Alexander says Frankie Kazarian is the third partner for Sacrifice.
Callihan w/The Design vs. Rhino w/Heath
The match begins with Callihan nailing Rhino with some strikes before getting him in a headlock, Rhino gets free and he drops Callihan with a shoulder tackle. Callihan and Rhino then have a striking exchange in the middle of the ring, Callihan rakes Rhino in the eyes before getting knocked out of the ring. Rhino also leaves the ring and he exchanges more strikes with Callihan, Callihan rakes the eyes of Rhino again before exchanging chops. Rhino accidentally cracks the ring post after a missed chop against Callihan, Callihan looks for a suplex on the arena floor and Rhino drops him on the hardest part of the ring. Rhino looks for a side Russian leg sweep and Callihan winds up nailing him with one on the entrance ramp as we go to a commercial break, we return from the break to see Callihan and Rhino exchanging strikes in the ring. Rhino ends the exchange by hitting Callihan with a TKO for a near fall, Callihan sends a charging Rhino into the ring post before dropping him with a hair pull for a near fall. Rhino eats a few strikes before landing a corner spear on Callihan, Rhino then hits Callihan with a belly to belly suplex. Callihan avoids The Gore from Rhino before landing a clothesline for a near fall, looks for the Cactus Driver 97 and Rhino avoids it before exchanging some strikes.
Callihan ends the exchange by biting Rhino, Angels trips up Callihan while Kon nails him with a chair shot behind the ref’s back. Rhino then hits Callihan with The Gore for a three count.
Winner: Rhino w/Heath
- Santino is talking backstage with Dirty Dango when Trey Miguel appears, Santino says he has a handpicked opponent to face him at Sacrifice. Santino announces that Miguel will defend his title in a six way match at the Multiverse Of Matches, Johnny Swinger and Zicky Dice show up as Miguel leaves.
- Jonathan Gresham & Kushida are shown warming up backstage.
- Highlights are shown of Deaner revealing to Callihan that step six has been completed for his initiation into The Design.
Jordynne Grace vs. Alex Gracia
The match begins with Gracia cracking Grace with a few forearm strikes, Grace then drops a charging Gracia with a shoulder block. Gracia fights back and she manages to drop Grace with a drop kick, Gracia then attacks a cornered Grace before getting sent into the opposite corner. Gracia fights back and Grace nails her with a wheelbarrow slam for a near fall, Gracia fights back again and Grace sends her into the corner again. Grace then hits Gracia with a forearm strike before landing a spinning back fist, Grace then hits Gracia with a spinning slam followed by the Grace Driver for a three count.
Winner: Jordynne Grace
- Moose approaches Joe Hendry backstage while he is talking to a bunch of fans, Brian Myers attacks Hendry from behind and Moose joins in.
- Gisele Shaw and Mickie James are shown warming up backstage.
- Bullet Club are shown backstage with Kenta, Shane Haste approaches them to say that TMDK is interested in a tag title shot. Josh Alexander, Frankie Kazarian and Rich Swann approach Bullet Club, Kazarian challenges Bullet Club to a six man tag match and they trade insults before Alexander’s team leaves.
Jonathan Gresham vs. Kushida
The match begins with Gresham and Kushida doing some chain wrestling while also exchanging some arm drags, Gresham and Kushida have a test of strength after a handshake. Gresham and Kushida take turns working over each other’s arms before separating, Kushida trips up Gresham and Gresham gets back up to continue the chain wrestling session. Kushida gets Gresham down while working over his arm, Kushida sets up for the Hoverboard Lock and Gresham defends before getting to the ropes. Gresham gets Kushida down next while also going after his arm, Kushida gets free and he stomps on the hand of Gresham. Kushida then hits Gresham with a German suplex and Gresham immediately goes back to attacking his arm, Kushida gets free and he tries getting Gresham in an arm bar. Gresham eventually gets to the ropes to get free from Kushida, Kushida then nails the injured arm of Gresham with a drop kick. Gresham recovers and he attacks the injured arm of Kushida before rolling him up for a near fall, Gresham drops Kushida again before stomping on his injured arm. Gresham and Kushida exchange some roll ups for a few near falls, Gresham and Kushida both go down after a double shoulder tackle attempt from both.
Gresham and Kushida get up before exchanging strikes to their injured arms, Gresham’s arm gives out on him and he does some more chain wrestling with Kushida. Kushida catches Gresham in the Hoverboard Lock from out of nowhere to force a tap out.
Winner: Kushida
- Eddie Edwards is shown being driven to the desert to answer the challenge from PCO.
- Killer Kelly makes her way to the ring and she has a steel chair, Kelly gets a microphone as well to say she isn’t happy with the games Taylor Wilde has been playing. Kelly calls out Wilde and Wilde makes her way to the stage, Wilde says that the cards say that it is about the future and not about Kelly. Wilde gets in the ring and she wants Kelly to pick a card, Kelly refuses to pick a card and Wilde picks one for her. Wilde picks the tower card and KiLynn King comes from out of nowhere to hit Kelly with a chair, King then hits Kelly with a death valley driver before celebrating with Wilde.
- PCO is shown beating a rock with a shovel in the desert.
- Killer Kelly is approached backstage by The Death Dollz, Rosemary says Kelly should’ve come to them first to deal with Taylor Wilde and KiLynn King. Rosemary says Kelly is failing to grasp the realm between life and death, Rosemary says Kelly can ask them for help to deal with Wilde and Kelly says she doesn’t need help. Wilde shows up with KiLynn King to confront The Death Dollz, Wilde says that Rosemary is jealous of her and King says The Death Dollz should just try to stop them. Rosemary says they will put the tag titles on the line if Wilde gives up her powers if she loses, Wilde accepts and The Death Dollz leave.
- Eddie Edwards arrives in the desert to confront PCO, PCO appears behind Edwards and he misses his shovel swing. Edwards cracks PCO with a few strikes before they have a test of strength, PCO knocks Edwards over before missing another shovel shot. Edwards drops PCO and he chokes him with the shovel, PCO gets free and he drops Edwards with a reverse DDT. PCO drags Edwards toward the open grave before tossing him in it, someone arrives and they hit PCO with their car. Edwards gets in the car and they drive away as PCO stays down.
- Deonna Purrazzo heads to the commentary desk before the main event.
Impact Wrestling Knockouts World Championship
Mickie James (c) vs. Gisele Shaw w/Jai Vidal & Savannah Evans

The match begins with James taking Shaw down with a headlock, Shaw gets free and she briefly gets James in a head scissors. James goes after the arm of Shaw and Shaw gets into a striking exchange, Shaw then attacks the arm of James before dropping her with a hair pull. Shaw sends James out of the ring before leaving herself, James drops Shaw with a neck breaker on the arena floor as we go to a commercial break. We return from the break to see James working over a cornered Shaw, James keeps Shaw cornered while landing a few strikes. Shaw fights back and she cracks James with a few strikes, James fights back as well and Shaw cracks her with elbow strikes. Shaw traps James in the ropes before landing a double stomp for a near fall, James takes a few swings at Shaw and Shaw fires back. James drops Shaw with a Thesz press followed by some strikes, Vidal and Evans distract James so Shaw can regain control. Shaw traps James in the corner again before dropping her with a chop, James fights back again and she trades strikes with Shaw.
Shaw eventually drops James before trapping her in a camel clutch, James eventually gets to the ropes to break the submission attempt. James lands a few strikes on Shaw and Shaw drops her with a knee to the midsection, James recovers and she drops Shaw with a rana followed by some clotheslines. James follows up by landing a flapjack on Shaw, James goes to the top rope and Shaw leaves the ring. James then takes Vidal and Evans out with a dive before getting kicked in the head by Shaw, Shaw gets James back in the ring for a near fall on a pin attempt. Shaw gets James back in the corner while landing more strikes, Shaw then hits James with a series of European uppercuts for a near fall. Shaw follows up by hitting James with a hair pull followed by a pin attempt, Shaw then lands seated sentons on the back of a downed James. James fights back again and she trades some strikes with Shaw, James and Shaw both go down after colliding heads. James and Shaw get up before another striking exchange breaks out between them, James then hits Shaw with a few kicks followed by a drop kick.
James then drops Shaw with a Mick Kick and a flapjack, James goes back to the top rope and she lands a Thesz press on Shaw for a near fall. James misses a Mick Kick and Shaw cracks her with a super kick, Shaw misses a knee strike as Vidal goes to distract the ref. Purrazzo hits the ring and she takes out Vidal before helping James roll up Shaw for a three count.
