As PWInsider.com reported yesterday, The Monster Factory reality series, centered around the famed New Jersey wrestling facility, will debut on AppleTV+ on 3/17.
The plan is to release all six 30 minute episodes on 3/17.
While there was more material filmed beyond the six episodes that will make up the first season, currently those six are all that has been produced. A second season will depend on how well the initial season does, but those involved are very high on the possibility of continuing to document the cast and school.
Beyond Monster Factory owner and head trainer Danny Cage, the cast of the series will feature Bobby Buffet, former ROH star Gabby Ortiz, David Goldy, Lucas "Twitch" Disangro, and former WWE NXT talent Notorious Mimi.
The Monster Factory was first founded by WWE Hall of Famer Buddy Rogers and longtime WWWF star Larry Sharpe in 1983 and has been instrumental in the training of countless talents from the late Bam Bam Bigelow and Flyboy Rocco Rock to WWE Hall of Famer the Godfather to current WWE stars Sheamus, Matt Riddle and Damian Priest to Impact Wrestling's Steve Maclin. Cage took over the school in 2011.
The series is being directed by Jerimiah Zagar, who helmed the 2018 documentary In A Dream as well as feature films We the Animals and Hustle.
