Kenny Omega is on the latest episode of The Sessions with Renée Paquette. Kenny discusses the storytelling he likes in wrestling, what he looks to for inspiration, choosing wrestling over hockey growing up, how he feels about being called the best wrestler in the world, and how he handles when things don't go according to plan like the Exploding Barbed Wire Death Match at Revolution 2021.
Omega is asked about how he felt following the events of All Out in which he calls the whole situation silly and something that went off the rails. Omega felt that it was everyone just blowing off steam, but it turned into something else. He knows people are going to be talking about it for years and years to come. But he wishes no ill will to any party. Omega says they can't talk about it in great detail for legal reasons and because of that people had to form their own opinions about what happened. And stories favored one party over another when it's probably a mixture of theories of what went on.
Kenny also discusses balancing his wrestler and EVP duties, his appreciation of women's wrestling, the AEW women's roster, and more.
