Deadline Hollywood reported that Dave Bautista's sequel to My Spy is about to go into production for Amazon Studios.
The article states that the film will be called My Spy: The Eternal City.
The film sees "a now teenage Sophie (Chloe Coleman) convinces JJ (Bautista) to chaperone her school choir trip to Italy where they both unwittingly end up pawns in an international terrorist plot targeting CIA Chief, David Kim and his son, Collin — who also happens to be Sophie’s best friend. "
Anna Faris, Craig Robinson and Flula Borg have joined the cast.
