Ireland's Over the Top Wrestling issued an email today to ticketholders for their 3/17 2023 Scrappermania event announcing that AEW's Jon Moxley, who had been advertised for the event, would not longer be appearing on 3/17 as AEW now has a live event scheduled on 3/18 in Troy, Ohio, Moxley's home State. With the travel involved, there is no way for Moxley to make both dates.
Moxley vs. Trent Seven had been announced for the OTT event.
OTT announced that AEW would be sending Eddie Kingson and another talent to be announced to Scrappermania instead.
Fans who purchased an advance meet and greet with Moxley will instead receive access to a pre-show Fanfest with Kingston, the second AEW talent to be announced, Santino Marella and more.
Fans can also request a refund for the event and/or their Moxley meet and greets since he will not be present.
