NWA 'NUFF SAID PPV PRE-SHOW

It’s time for the pre-show for ‘Nuff Said at the Egypt Shrine Center in Tampa Florida.  Our commentary team is Tim Storm and Joe Galli.

La Rosa Negra vs Missa Kate

They start by locking up and Negra forcing Kate to the corner. When they lock up again, Negra takes Kate down and puts her in a headlock until Kate rolls her onto her back for a two count. They block and dodge a series of moves until Kate gets a kick to the midsection. Kate takes Negra down with a side headlock for two. 

Negra gets a three big leg drops on Kate and when she goes to the top, Kate tries to carry her, but Negra escapes and gets a two count. Kate slams Negra into a turnbuckle and then covers for two. Negra gets a slam and then hits a cookie crash (a modified frog splash) for the pin and the win.

Winner: La Rosa Negra

Dak Draper and Matthew Mims vs. Jax Dane and Blake "Bulletproof" Troop (with Chris Silvio, Esq.) 

Silvio says his tag team is now called the Outlaws, and they attack before the bell.

Mims and Troop start with Mims taking a lot of blows and then a beat down in the corner. Draper is able to finally tag in and gets a lot of offense before Dane hits a back body drop on him and takes over. When Troop tags in, he goes for MMA style takedowns and attacks. They have a sequence where Draper tries to get a gut wrench, but Troop blocks and reverses it. 

Dane tags in and delivers stomps and goes back to the reverse butterfly stretch he used earlier in the match. Draper gets a German Suplex for the hot tag. Mims works over Troop, and then dumps Dane to the outside. Draper tags in and as Dane distracts the referee.  Silvio comes off the top with an ax handle accidentally on Troop, letting Draper go for the pin and the win with a surprise roll up. 

Winners: Dak Draper and Matthew Mims

May Valentine is backstage with EC3 and says he has signed with the NWA and he is bringing in his CYN promotion. He talks about how Kevin Kiley was used by wrestling, and he will show him that he can become who he is supposed to be. 

Odinson vs. Joe Alonzo 

Alonzo runs straight into a slam from Odinson. Alonzo rolls out of the ring and when Ocinson chases him, he tries to get an advantage, but it doesn’t last long as Ocinson finally just shoves him into the corner. Odinson takes the spray he calls The Purpose and goes back to work with slams. Odinson gets a series of two counts until Alonzo is able to whip him into the corner, and then drops him so he can go outside the ring to pull Odinson’s legs to crotch him on the ringpost. 

He then interacts with the crowd, allowing Odinson to get to his feet. He takes a few blows from Alonzo and then nails Alonzo with a brutal clothesline. Odinson takes another dose of The Purpose and hits a series of slams for a two count. Alonzo gets an insigiri, but Odinson slams him from the torture rack for a two count. 

Alonzo kicks Odinson from the apron to the guardrail. When Odonson rolls in, Alonzo hits a cross body from the top for two. Alonzo goes  for the springboard off the ropes, and instead Odinson hits a pounce and a tornado slam for the pin and the win

Winner: Odinson

May is with Thrillbilly Silas and he says that he needs to take out Kratos for taking out his girlfriend on Power.

Mercurio and Natalia Markova vs. Jennacide and Max the Impaler w/Amy Rose

This will be under regular tag team rules. 

Jennacide starts with Mercurio and he tries to charm her. She hits a single leg takedown and he tags in Natalia. Jennacide is able to take control quickly and gets a pair of one counts. Jennacide tags in Max. Max slams Natalia repeatedly and then works her over in the corner. Mercurio tries to save Natalia from a charge and he gets knocked out of the ring.

Mercurio comes in a second time to assist with a slam on Max, and when Natalia covers Max, Jennacide breaks it up. Mercurio comes in and he gets a few blows in, and then Jennacide comes into the ring and attacks Natalia. The ref sends the people not tagged in to their corner. Jennacide tags in and her and max rag doll Natalia between them.  Jennacide and Max accidentally bump heads.  Natalia hits the Beautiful Destruction and a DDT on Jennacide for the pin and the win.

Winners: Mercurio and Natalia Markova

After the match CJ and Magic Jake Dumas come to the ring. Mercurio starts to talk to CJ, but she falls down and Jake tries to attack Mercurio and Mercurio bails.

Thom Latimer vs. Fodder in a Singapore Cane match

Latimer rushes the ring and chases Fodder out of the ring. Latimer gives his cane to the ref and when Fodder hits the ring, Latimer spears him and then tosses him across the ring twice. He then hits Dead Eyes on the top turnbuckle twice. Latimer hits a clothesline and Fodder rolls out of the ring. 

Latimer tosses Fodder into the steel steps and tosses him into the ring as he grabs another cane. Latimer goes to the top, but Fodder nails him with his own cane as Latimer leaps. Fodder then chokes Latimer before slamming him into the turnbuckle. Fodder uses the cane in the corner and then chokes Latimer in the middle of the ring with the cane. He hits a Russian leg sweep on Latimer with the cane and then hits repeated shots before covering for one. 

Fodder beats down Latimer with the cane and covers for two. Fodder goes back to working over Latimer with the cane in the corners. Latimer dodges a cane attack and is able to recover enough to batter Fodder with fists. Latimer then rips the cane out of Fodder's hands, breaks it over his back and then locks in a cross faced with the cane. Fodder taps out.

Winner: Thom Latimer

In the back May Valentine is with Matt Cardona who said he never lost the title and it’s not right that Bully Ray is doing commentary after everything he’s done. 

Kerry Morton (World Junior Heavyweight Champion) W/Ricky Morton) vs. Alex Taylor W/Danny Dealz  

They lock up and Taylor turns it into a wrist lock. Kerry gets a take down, but Taylor pops back up. They trade a quick series of takedowns and Morton is able to get a side headlock. They break clean. Morton gets a waistlock and a roll through for two. They run the ropes and Taylor gets a side headlock. They go into the ropes and again break clean. 

Morton gets an arm drag and holds Taylor down. Taylor works to his feet and works over Morton in the corner. Morton is whipped to the far corner and comes out with a drop kick. Morton goes onto the apron and they fight in the ropes. Morton brings Taylor to the apron where they brawl. Morton finally gets a DDT on the apron.

Morton picks Taylor up and rolls him into the ring, and when Morton tries to get in, Dealz grabs his foot. Morton goes after Dealz, and Taylor hits a dive onto Morton on the outside. They fight on the outside and then get into the ring when Taylor is able to mount for a ground and pound on Morton. Morton escapes and tries a charge, but Taylor hits him with a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker. Taylor whips Morton into the ropes and Taylor hits a back elbow for two.

He then hits a back body drop on Taylor. Taylor sets too early for another and Morton is able to get a neck breaker, followed by a monkey flip out of the corner. Taylor hits a fisherman’s neckbreaker into a two count. 

As Dealz is trying to pull a trash can from other the ring, Ricky Morton takes him out.

Taylor is able to hit a fireman’s carry suplex for two. Taylor then puts Morton on the top and Morton is able to get out of it and power bombs Taylor and hits the kiss it goodbye knee for two. Taylor is able to get a kick and tries for another fireman’s carry suplex, but Morton escapes out the back and hits a reverse DDT for the pin and the win.

Winner and still Junior Heavyweight Champion: Kerry Morton
