Why did everyone think WWE was sold 30 seconds after Stephanie left even though it's a company with billions of dollars in market value and they'd have to go through all sorts of legal processing and why didn't you lose your mind like everyone else on Twitter?

I think there certain people worked themselves up into a lather and unfortunately, that led to others doing it and next thing you know, social media is melting down.  When readers started emailing me, I checked with multiple sources and based on those conversation, believed there was nothing to the story.  There wasn't.   I have personally moved more and more away from social media, so I didn't really pay attention to the Twitter meltdown the other night.  I feel that that plane is a very small echo chamber at this point and it's far more productive for me to spent time writing and recording audio here for the Elite subscribers than paying attention to white noise.  I've done about 6-7 hours of audio this week.  I'd much rather do that vs. spent six hours wasted on social media responding to madness that isn't centered in logical thought.  The nuclear reaction that a lot of people had to a story that wasn't rooted in actual truth is a great reason of why not to spent extended periods of time there, but I didn't really pay attention to the meltdown until the next day when readers began writing and saying they were upset they bought into that story and it was, as of now, nothing.  There was lots of emotion and worry spent overnight and then when the sun came up, there was zero to it at that point in time and I feel badly for fans who got caught up in it.

What's next for Colby Corino?

Since leaving the NWA, there's been talk that WWE has interest in him.  My guess is he'll take part in the next WWE Performance Center tryout that is scheduled and they'll go from there, but that's my GUESS.  He's one of the best, if not the best talent in the Mid-Atlantic region right now, so he'll be a hell of an asset to anyone that hires him.

Any chance we see Luke Harper inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame this year?

There have been talents who have pushed for that since Harper passed away.  I haven't heard anything definitive beyond there are certainly people who want it and it SHOULD happen.

Any chance CM Punk or Sasha were backstage at AEW in LA?

Neither were present.

Am I crazy or did WCW have a comic book?

Not only did WCW have a comic book, but they had one published by Marvel Comics, which ran for about a year in the early 1990s and featured the likes of Sting, Cactus Jack, El Gigante, PN News, Jim Ross, Missy Hyatt and more.

I was watching an old ECW DVD called Anarchy Rulz and there was a third Impact Player?  Johnny Smith?  Who?

Johnny Smith was from Canada and was billed as Davey Boy Smith's brother. He worked most prominently in All Japan Pro Wrestling. He came into ECW for a run in 1996, mostly working mid-card matches, including a good match against Taz. He was brought back in 1999 with the idea that he would be the third member of the Impact Players with Lance Storm and Justin Credible but quickly disappeared.  He was a really good hand in the ring.  The last I heard, he was living in Calgary and working as a police officer.  He hasn't made a pro wrestling-related appearance in many, many years.

Should I pre-order the Tod Gordon book since the last one didn't ever come out?

Oh yeah.  This book is 100% written and will be coming out this July.  If you liked ECW, you will want to read it.
