WWE issued two SEC filings stating that Rajan Mehta, EVP Chief Product and Technology Officer and Suzette Ramirez-Carr, EVP Chief Human Resources Officer, received their initial ownership of WWE stock.
Mehta has been with the company for 9 years and Ramirez-Carr for 8 months.
