Have you talked to anyone in WWE that actually wants to see Vince McMahon come back and run the company?
In a word? No. Not one person that I have spoken with wants him to return.
If Vince McMahon returns to WWE, do you see people choosing to leave?
I do actually. People only knew one way in WWE when Vince was in charge. It wasn’t fun for a lot of them, but it’s what they know. Now? People I talk to that used to almost dread going to work love doing their jobs. The stress of Vince is gone. If it comes back, I could see at least some people bolting.
Would anyone be happier with Vince McMahon returning to WWE than Tony Khan?
The only person that I can think of is Vince himself. Vince returning would be a great thing for Tony.
I was enjoying the Chris Jericho-Action Andretti storyline until they had Andretti win right away. Did that take the air out of the balloon for you too?
I know what you mean because I felt the same way. Jericho should have at least cheated to win a few times before Andretti got the win. But AEW is not about long term storytelling, at least not my definition of the term.
I saw you and Mike on Eric Bischoff’s podcast and really enjoyed it. One guy in the comments took shots at you. What did you think about what he said?
I didn’t think anything because I didn’t read it. Everyone has a right to their opinion, if he doesn’t like me, I can live with that. I have done OK for myself over the years!
