12/9 NEW JAPAN RESULTS FROM KOCHI, JAPAN

From Kochi, Japan:

1 - Yuto Nakashima vs. Bad Luck Fale

Fale pins Nakashima after a Hand Grenade.

2 - Oskar Leube and Ryohei Oiwa vs. Aaron Henare and Great O-Khan, with Gideon Grey

Henare pins Oskar after a Rampage Spear.

3 - Kevin Knight, Master Wato, KUSHIDA and Tomoaki Honma vs. Gedo, Chris Bey, Ace Austin and Taiji Ishimori

Knight pins Gedo after hitting a leaping DDT.

4 - Titan, Hiromu Takahashi and Shingo Takagi vs. DOUKI, Yoshinobu Kanemaru and El Desperado

Takagi forces DOUKI to tap out to a reverse STF.

World Tag League Matches:

5 - YOSHI-HASHI and Hirooki Goto vs. Gabriel Kidd and Alex Coughlin

YOSHI-HASHI pins Kidd after a Shoto.

YOSHI-HASHI and Goto get to 12 points.

Kidd and Coughlin are eliminated.

6 - Toru Yano and Hiroshi Tanahashi vs. Yujiro Takahashi and EVIL

Lots of shenanigans from Yano and House of Torture in this match.

SHO interferes and hits Tanahashi in the head with his wrench.   EVIL hits Everything is Evil on Tanahashi.

EVIL pins Tanahashi.

EVIL and Yujiro get to 4 points and are playing the spoiler role.

Tanahashi and Yano remain at 8 points.

Both teams cannot catch Aussie Open.

7 - Shane Haste and Mikey Nicholls vs. Kyle Fletcher and Mark Davis

Aussie Open has their shoulders taped up.  This Japan tour is taking its toll on these wrestlers.

Good competitive match. 

Team TMDK hit a Tankbuster on Fletcher.

Nicholls pins Fletcher.

TMDK gets to 12 points.

Aussie Open remains in the lead with 14.

8 - SANADA and Tetsuya Naito vs. Lance Archer and Minoru Suzuki

Naito hits a Destino on Suzuki.   

Naito pins Suzuki.

SANADA and Naito get to 12 points.

Suzuki-Gun are essentially done at 6 points.

Suzuki looked gassed at the end of the match.  He could barely take a tornado DDT and the Destino. He and Naito lay on the mat for a while after the bell.  Hopefully, Suzuki is not hurt to bad.
