It's Wednesday! And that means that we will be taking a 1 week break in the best of 7. AEW Dynamite is LIVE. Tony Schiavone, Excalibur and Taz have the call of the action.
Dynamite Diamond Battle Royal
Ricky Starks gets his own entrance, as does Jungle Boy. There are a whole host of participants already at ringside. Orange Cassidy is there. Dustin Rhodes gets his own entrance. Brian Cage is in this, as is Ethan Page, Kip Sabian, Shawn Dean and Lee Moriarty. Dalton Castle pounds on someone in the corner. I see Matt Hardy. Hardy works over Castle, Dean and Cage battle in one of the corners. Blade eliminates Cassidy. Dustin with a Destroyer and a clothesline to Kip for the elimination.
I'm not sure if Blade is in this still or not. Butcher eliminates Dustin. Austin Texas is not happy. The Boys save Dalton Castle but Cage bodyslams him out. Jack Perry eliminates Cage as we go to commercial.
We are back. I'm pretty sure Blade is just a ringside 2nd for Butcher. Starks eliminates Butcher with a spear. Perry and Moriarty go out at the same time, assisted by W Morrisey. The former Big Cass chokeslams Perry on the apron. Ethan Page orders Hardy to assist him.
Final 4. Shawn Dean, Ethan Page, Matt Hardy and Ricky Starks.
Hardy nails a Twist of Fate on Dean. Page tosses Dean out. Hardy and Page attack Starks. Starks eliminates Hardy and nails a DDT on Page. Kick by Page. Page with a powerslam over the top but Starks holds on and Page flies to the floor.
WINNER RICKY STARKS
Immediately, MJF comes out with a mic and tells Starks he'll be with him in one second. MJF tells Bryan Danielson that he knows Danielson is terrified of him. He turns his attention to Starks and tells him that he'll a 4x Dynamite Diamond Champion. MJF channels the Rock and calls Starks a Dollar Store Dwayne. He vows to send Starks back to Billy Corgan so he can wrestle on YouTube. Starks has a mic of his own. He calls MJF Maxi Pad and a 5th rate Roddy Piper. Starks does a good job running down MJF's wardrobe and haircut. Starks says he lives a live of dignity and respect. MJF knows nothing of that. Honestly wasn't expecting this kind of fire from Starks. Low blow by MJF. Starks avoids a Diamond Ring Right Hand and puts MJF down with a spear. MJF rolls out.
We see pre match comments form Darby Allin and Samoa Joe ahead of theor TNT title match tonight.
Backstage, Jon Moxley talks about his respect for Hangman Page and vows to end the JAS
TNT Championship: Samoa Joe vs. Darby Allin
Darby with punches and forearms in the corner. Joe rolls out and Darby misses a lope. Joe slams Darby into the barricade. Joe pulls back the ringside padding. Joe breaks the count and side suplexes Darby on the floor. Darby escapes a powerbomb but gets powerslammed hard on the unpadded floor. We go to commercial.
As we return, Joe sends Allin into the post. That had to hurt badly. Doc Sampson attends to Darby. Darby beats the count. Joe with kicks. Allin responds with palm strikes. High boot and a senton by Joe. Joe catches a tope attempt but Darby sends him into the steps and nails a coffin drop to the floor. Stunner by Darby followed by a Code Red for 2. Slam by Joe. Joe sets up the muscle buster. He bites Joe. Joe falls to the floor. Coffin drop attempt by Allin. Joe catches him in the choke and Darby passes out. The ref calls for the bell.
WINNER AND STILL TNT CHAMPION SAMOA JOE
Darby wants more and eats a headbutt. Joe grabs the skateboard and nails a muscle buster on the wheels of the skateboard. Joe with a choke. Officials finally try to break it up. Wardlow makes the save as Joe bails.

Tony Schiavone is with Orange Cassidy and Kip Sabian. Kip will find an opponent of Sabian's choosing.
We see video of Chris Jericho and Claudio Castagnoli ahead of their match at Final Battle.
Claudio Castagnoli & Wheeler Yuta w/Jon Moxley vs. Daniel Garcia & Jake Hager w/ Sammy Guevara
Hager and Yuta kick us off. Hager offers his hat to Claudio. Claudio punts it into the crowd. Yuta with a chop. Garcia tags in and stomps Yuta in his corner. They exchange chops. Body slam by Yuta. Claudio tags in and they hit a double kick. Drop toe hold by Claudio. Hager got tagged in. Hip toss by Claudio. Yuta tags in and sledge hammers the elbow of Hager. Shotgun dropkick by Yuta. Tope to the floor fells both Hager and Garcia. Guevara trips Yuta and Hager with a slam and a Hager bomb for 2. Garcia tags in. Yuta fights off the JAS but gets chopped down. Yuta gets the edge and sets Garcia up on the top rope and nails a superplex. We go to commercial.
We're back and Garcia pulls Yuta back to the corner but it's a release German from Yuta. Claudio and Hager both tag in. uppercuts by Hager. Claudio with a rana off the top rope for 2. Garcia stops the Giant Swing. Yuta splashes Garcia. A series of reversals leads to a Giant Swing on Hager. We got 10 revolutions. Lariat for 2 by Claudio. Guevara interferes and Moxley stops him. Hager applies the ankle lock. Garcia with a Dragon Tamer on Yuta. Claudio kicks Hager into Garcia and nails an uppercut for the pin.
WINNERS: WHEELER YUTA & CLAUDIO CASTAGNOLI
Tony Schiavone is in the ring. He shows an interview he did at Full Gear with William Regal, to be released only if something bad happens to him. He said he did what he did because they didn't need him. He wants Moxley, Claudio and Danielson to lead Yuta. Tony wants their reaction. Moxley says the men in the ring breathe pro wrestling.We see a video package by the House of Black. They vow to exterminate their enemies.
Tony Schiavone has a sit down with Jamie Hayter. She'll be watching the Bunny vs. Shida on Rampage. She wants the winner.

Blue and Velvet kick us off

Velvet yanks the hair of Blue and tags in Grey

Blue immediately tags in and we go to commerical
As we return, it's Velvet and Blue punching and kicking. They go down from a double clothesline
Double thrust kicks and both go down again.

Sliding boot by Hogan to Jade. Spine buster by Jade
Kiera tags in Rayne. Elbow by Jade.
Jade nails the Jaded and scores the pin

Tony is backstage with Saraya, Dr. Baker immediately interrupts and offers her a ticket to the Kia Fourm to meet her and Hayter in a tag team match. Baker pulls Schiavone away.
AEW World Tag Team Championship: The Acclaimed w/Billy Gunn vs. FTR
Bowens and Dax Harwood kick us off with a lockup. Cash tags in, Bowens escapes. Side heasdlock takedown by Cash followed by another. Go behind by Cash. Bowens escapes. Caster tags as does Dax. Lockup, shoulderblock by Dax but a nice hip toss by Caster. Deep armdrag by Caster, Bowens tags in. Dax sends Bowens into the corner and chops him. Chop by Bowens, they exchange. They grapple into the ropes and we get a 4 way stare down. Thye slug it out. The Acclaimed with a Scissor me Timbers. Caster is the legal man. Dax with a leg sweep, he tries a sharpshooter but Caster reverses it. Bowens applies one to Wheeler. FTR make the ropes. Action spills to the floor. Bowens gets sent to the post and Caster gets catapulted off the apron as we go to commercial.
We are back and it's Cash with a sode headlock. Armdrag by Caster. Chops by Cash. Cash tries a superplex but gets punched off. Diving cross body by Caster.
Jay Lethal and Jeff Jarrett are watching. Bowens tags in and cleans house of FTR. Back elbow. Chops, jabs, a kick and a knee strike by Bowens for 2. Kicks by Bowens. Dax hits a pair of Germans. Bowens with a neck breaker for 2.
The crowd erupts. Blind gtag by FTR, they hit a spike piledriver for 2. Dax tags in. Rollup by Bowens for 2. Caster tags in they hit the Cutter for 2. Dax kicks Caster into Bowens. Crazy fast action. FTR hits the big rig but Bowens saves Caster. Bowens gets knocked from the ring. FTR goes for the power plex but Caster with the save. Arrival by Bowens, Caster misses the mic drop. Caster with a rollup for 2. Clothesline by Wheeler, followed by another. Powerbomb by Wheeler and Caster rolls through for the pin.
