WWE star Robert Roode announced that he underwent neck fusion surgery several weeks back:
PWInsider.com reported last month Roode was spotted in Birmingham, Alabama on 11/10.
On Instagram, Roode wrote, "Big thank you to Dr Andy Cordover and his amazing staff at @andrews_sports_medicine and St Vincent’s Hospital in Birmingham Alabama C5/6 fusion is complete. Now the work begins. Recovery and Rehabilitation. Looking forward to the challenge ???? Thanks @deneane__17 ??????You’re the best."
Roode last performed for WWE this past June. There is no word how long he may be out post-surgery before being cleared to train to return to the ring.
