The National Wrestling Alliance vs. Lucha Libre AAA has been announced for the 4/23/23 World is A Vampire Music Festival, which will be headlined by NWA President Billy Corgan's band The Smashing Pumpkins in Mexico City.

PWInsider.com is told that Corgan was able to place professional wrestling in so it will be a key part of the show where the music will stop, leaving professional wrestling as the only thing taking place in the center of the stadium. It is not a case of wrestling being in a side tent as a secondary attraction. The show will take place in the center of the stadium itself.
The expected attended is to be in the 40-50,000 range, so it will be a massive live audience for the NWA brand.
Other musical acts announced for the festival include Deafhaven, Turnstile, The Warning, Peter Hook & The Light, Ekkstacy, and Chelsea Wolfe.
