BRANDON 'G-RAVER' GRAVER LEGAL UPDATE

By Mike Johnson on 2022-11-22 09:30:00

Brandon Graver, who wrestles as G-Raver on the independents and is a well known Death Match performer, is now slated for a preliminary hearing tomorrow at the Central Court for Huntingdon County, PA at 10 AM.  He was originally slated for a court appearance on 11/30, but it was moved up.

Graver was arrested last Thursday and charged with a number of different drug and DUI-related charges after being found "slouched inside a car" in Huntingdon County, according to the police report for the incident.    Authorities allege that Graver was in the driver's seat and "admitted that he even snorted 10 bags of heroin."    Graver was given Narcan and after being taken into custody, was found to have meth on his person.

A search of his car discovered "over 25 grams of possible meth, marijuana, other heroin packets, shrooms, Alprazolam along with paraphernalia and $181 cash", according to a report by WTAJ-TV.

Pennsylvania Court records indicate Graver has been charged with:

-Manufacture, Delivery or Possession with Intent to Manufacture or Deliver, which is a felony in Pennsylvania.
-Violation of Hazard Regulation.
-Use/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
-Intentional Possession of a Controlled Substance by Person Not Registered.
-Possession of Marijuana - Small Personal Use.
-Driving Under Influence of Alcohol or a Controlled Substance.
-Failure to Keep Right.
-Failure to use Safety Belt - Driver and Front Seat Occupant.
-Careless Driving.

Graver remains incarcerated at Huntingdon County Prison with bail set at $75,000.   Court records indicate he is unable to post bail.

Court records in PA indicate Graver was previously arrested for a DUI in 2013.  In that case, he was sentenced to perform 40 hours of community service, had his license suspended for 60 days, paid $2,060.51 in restitution and court costs and took part in required testing and programs with his case closed in March 2015.

Fans may remember Graver as the Death Match performer Jim Cornette filed a lawsuit against back in 2019 after a Twitter exchange led to Graver and merchandise seller The Indy Connection attempting to copyright the term “F---- Jim Cornette” and selling a Cornette t-shirt that according to the lawsuit, “depicted Plaintiff Jim Cornette’s likeness, specifically; his head, with tattoo needles protruding from his forehead, his eyes covered with bloody Xs and his mouth gagged. The words, “F--- Jim Cornette” were printed around the image.”

The origin of the lawsuit was Cornette commenting on a clip of Graver previously getting injured, slicing an artery during a light tube spot while competing in an August 2019 Death Match after a fan tweeted it to him.  Cornette commented, “That’s a nasty little nick the guy got on his arm there at the end, if fans were lucky they probably stopped the show so everyone could watch this idiot bleed out.”  That led to a back and forth on Twitter between Graver and Cornette, which then led to the t-shirts being put on sale and the lawsuit, which was later settled.  A GoFund me campaign at the time of Graver's injury raised $10,435 towards his medical bills.

Graver's last known match was this this past February 2022 for Game Changer Wrestling.  We can find no record he has wrestled since.
