KOPW 2022: New York Street Fight - Shingo Takagi (Trophy Holder) vs. El Phantasmo
The match begins with Phantasmo and Takagi exchanging strikes in the middle of the ring, Phantasmo looks to leave the ring and Takagi attacks him to prevent it. Phantasmo recovers and he drops Takagi with a rana followed by a drop kick, Phantasmo traps Takagi in the corner while landing a few strikes. Takagi recovers and he nails Phantasmo with a hip toss followed by a shoulder tackle, Takagi downs Phantasmo before landing an elbow drop. Takagi follows up by clotheslining Phantasmo out of the ring, Takagi leaves the ring and he goes up to the stage to grab some weapons to bring back into the ring. Takagi goes after Phantasmo and Phantasmo spews mist into his face, Phantasmo gets back in the ring and he nails Takagi with a trash can lid to the head. Takagi fights back and Phantasmo nails him with more trash can lid shots, Phantasmo meets Takagi on the arena floor before sending Takagi into the ring post. Phantasmo gets Takagi back into the ring and he cracks him with more strikes, Phantasmo puts a trash can on top of Takagi before hitting him with a kendo stick.
Takagi gets free of the garbage can before spewing mist into the eyes of Phantasmo, Takagi then drops Phantasmo with a lariat. Takagi then hits Phantasmo with a slam followed by a senton, Takagi goes back to the stage to grab a table and chairs. Takagi gets the chairs and he brings them into the ring, Takagi eventually nails Phantasmo with a suplex onto a chair for a near fall. Takagi sets up for a back drop driver and Phantasmo fights back, Phantasmo hangs Takagi upside down in the corner before landing a baseball slide drop kick. Phantasmo keeps Takagi trapped in the corner while standing on his balls, Takagi goes for a spider German suplex and Phantasmo lands on his feet before drop kicking a chair into Takagi’s face. Phantasmo goes to the top rope and Takagi hits him with a garbage can, Takagi then hits Phantasmo with a superplex. Takagi has members of the NJPW staff bring a table to the ring while Takagi brings a ladder to the ring, Takagi sets the table up in the ring before Phantasmo slams his head onto the table.
Phantasmo grabs the ladder and he sets it up in the ring as well, Phantasmo places Takagi on the table before climbing the ladder. Takagi returns and he gets Phantasmo off of the ladder, Phantasmo and Takagi exchange strikes until Phantasmo lands a trash can shot. Phantasmo gives Takagi a testicular claw while getting him back on the table, Phantasmo climbs the ladder and he lands a splash to put Takagi through the table for a near fall. Phantasmo sets up for Sudden Death and a piledriver and Takagi avoids them both, Phantasmo then sends Takagi into the ladder before landing a piledriver for another near fall. Phantasmo leaves the ring and returns with another steel chair, Phantasmo goes for the CR3 on a chair and Takagi avoids it before landing an arm trap driver on the chair for a near fall. Phantasmo and Takagi sit on some chairs while exchanging some strikes, Phantasmo and Takagi get up to have a chair duel. Takagi cracks Phantasmo with a Pumping Bomber for a near fall, Takagi sets up a piece of the broken table in the corner and he sends Phantasmo into it. Takagi then hits Phantasmo with the CR3 for another near fall, Takagi gets another table and he sets it up in the ring.
Takagi grabs Phantasmo and he gets him on his shoulders while climbing the ropes, Takagi then hits Phantasmo with a super death valley driver through the table. Takagi then hits Phantasmo with another chair shot followed by a power bomb for a three count.
Winner: Shingo Takagi, still your KOPW 2022 Trophy Holder
Bullet Club (Jay White & Juice Robinson) vs. Kazuchika Okada & Eddie Kingston
The match begins with Kingston dropping White with a chop, Robinson attacks Kingston from behind so White can gain control. White traps Kingston in the corner while landing a bunch of strikes, Kingston fights back and he drops White again with a chop. Okada tags in and he attacks Robinson as Robinson tries interfering, Kingston hits the ring to attack White. Okada then hits White with a slam followed by a slingshot swanton bomb, Robinson tags in and Okada trips him up before landing an elbow drop to his lower back. Kingston tags in and he double teams Robinson alongside Okada for a near fall, Kingston keeps Robinson down while tearing at his face. Kingston follows up by landing a butterfly suplex on Robinson, White interferes and that allows Robinson to hit Kingston with a chop block. White continues attacking Kingston while the ref was distracted, Robinson holds Kingston down while working over his injured leg. White tags in and he stomps away on a downed Kingston, White corners Kingston again before landing some chops.
Robinson tags in and he attacks Okada before landing a cannonball on a downed Kingston for a near fall, Robinson keeps Kingston down while applying a chin lock to him. Robinson releases the hold so he can nail Kingston with a back suplex, Robinson goes for a senton and Kingston gets his knees up. Okada tags in and he quickly starts cleaning house against the opposing team, Okada then nails Robinson with a DDT for a near fall. Okada gets Robinson in the Money Clip and Robinson gets free, Okada goes for a modified neck breaker and Robinson escapes after grabbing the referee. White interferes and that allows Robinson to plant Okada with a DDT, White tags in and he hits Okada with chops. White follows up by hitting Okada with a spinning suplex for a near fall, White sets up for a sleeper suplex and Okada gets free before a striking exchange takes place. Okada ends the exchange after landing a shotgun drop kick on White, Okada slams White before going to the top rope to land an elbow drop.
Okada sets up for the Rainmaker and White gets free before eating more strikes, White fights back and Okada nails him with a drop kick. Kingston tags in and he cleans house against the opposing team, White recovers and he rakes the eyes of Kingston. Okada returns and everybody takes each other out, Kingston returns to drop both opponents with a double clothesline. Kingston and White have a striking exchange in the middle of the ring, Robinson returns and he eats a chop from Kingston. Okada returns and he double teams White alongside Kingston, Okada holds White up while Kingston decks him with a ton of chops. White fights back and he eventually nails both foes with sleeper suplexes, White goes for Blade Runner and Kingston counters with a Saito Suplex. Robinson goes for Pulp Friction on Kingston and Kingston counters with another Saito Suplex, White returns and he nails Kingston with a chop block.
Robinson then hits Kingston with a chop block of his own, Kingston tries fighting back by landing shots on both opponents. Robinson distracts the ref and White fails at a low blow attempt, White eats a Backfist To The Future before landing a low blow on Kingston. White then hits Kingston with a Blade Runner for a three count.
