WWE MAIN EVENT REPORT: MCDONAGH VS ALEXANDER, AND MORE

Kiana says the last time on Main Event, she exposed Dana Brooke as a brainless has been who has no purpose. If the WWE Universe had any sense, they would forget that Dana existed and they would invest in Kiana James.

Match Number One: Asuka versus Kiana James

They lock up and Asuka with a clean break and then she grabs the leg. James with a side head lock and take down. Asuka with a head scissors and James escapes. Asuka with a side head lock. Aska floats over and does some dancing. Asuka with a shoulder tackle. Asuka misses a hip attack and gets caught in the ropes. James with a kick and she sends Asuka into the turnbuckles. James with a kick and shoulders in the corner. James with a running shoulder into the corner.

James with a kick to the midsection followed by knees. James with a slam and she gets a near fall. James slams Asuka’s head into the mat and she gets a near fall. James with a reverse chin lock. Asuka tries to escape but James sends Asuka to the mat again. James pie faces Asuka and Asuka with a back slide for a near fall. James and Asuka miss kicks. Asuka blocks a kick and applies an ankle lock. Asuka with a leg trapped German suplex. Asuka with a pop up knee and a series of strikes. Asuka with a Codebreaker and a hip attack in the corner. James escapes a bulldog but Asuka with a round kick for the three count.

Winner: Asuka

Cedric Alexander is in the locker room and JD McDonagh shows up.

JD introduces himself and Cedric says it is not necessary.

Cedric says he has heard about JD’s reputation and JD says he hopes it is all good.

Cedric says he heard that JD was creepy.

JD asks what is creepy about being impervious to empathy or your body being impervious to pain? Can you imagine being in the ring with a resting heart rate of 40? If he is a little creepy, he would rather be creepy than physically vulnerable.

Match Number Two: JD McDonagh versus Cedric Alexander

They lock up and JD with a wrist lock. Cedric with a reversal into a hammer lock. JD with a reversal. JD rolls through when Cedric tries to get out of the hold. Cedric with a monkey flip but JD holds on to the wrist lock. Alexander with a take down and he misses a kick. JD with a kick and forearm to the back. JD returns to the wrist lock and works on the arm. Alexander with a drop kick. Cedric chops JD in the corner. JD misses a chop and Cedric chops JD again. JD escapes a suplex but Alexander with an elbow. JD kicks Alexander in the arm when Alexander goes for a Neuralizer.

JD with a wrist lock and he leaps over the top rope to the floor and JD drops Cedric’s arm on the rope.

We go to commercial.

We are back and JD with a double wrist lock. Alexander with punches and JD with a knee. Alexander sends JD into the turnbuckles. Alexander with a clothesline and back elbow. Alexander with a back heel kick and another kick. Alexander with a German suplex and JD goes to the floor. Alexander goes for a dive to the floor but JD gets back into the ring. Alexander counters a uranage and hits a Michinoku Driver for a near fall.

Cedric’s arm gives out when he tries for a Neuralizer. JD slams the arm into the mat. Alexander with an Irish whip and JD goes to the apron. JD drops down and Alexander goes to the floor. JD with a kick and an Asai moonsault. JD takes Alexander down and hits a twisting slingshot splash for a near fall. Alexander lands on his feet on a German suplex attempt. Alexander with a kick and forearm. JD with a standing Spanish Fly for a near fall. JD with an elbow to the back and kicks to the chest. JD goes for Devil Inside but Alexander counters with a knee. JD with a head butt and he falls onto Alexander for a near fall. Alexander with forearms and Alexander with a round kick and a brainbuster for the three count.

Winner: Cedric Alexander
