WOW - Women Of Wrestling Episode 9: Out of Control Mayhem

The Disciplinarian w/Samantha Smart vs Americana
Disciplinarian attacks before the bell, but once the bell rings, Americana takes over with head lock takeovers. Disciplinarian reverses it to a body scissors. Americana escapes and they run the ropes. Americana goes for a back handspring, but Disciplinarian knees her in the gut as she hits the ropes and takes over the match.
Disciplinarian gets in a series of attacks until Americana is able to get a come back with a clothesline and a back handspring elbow and a bulldog for a two count. Americana goes to the top for a corkscrew, but Disciplinarian rolls inward to avoid with Smart’s help. Americana is able to get a cross body for a one and then a front moonsault for the pin and the win.
Winner: Americana
David is in the ring and says Americana has taken the course as a mother to be in the ring tonight. He introduces Americana’s son in the crowd. He looks a bit dazed every time he is on camera and she says she does it all for him.
We get a profile of Chantilly Chella, who is a martial artist. She talks about her father’s struggle with bi-polar and alcoholism and the support of her mother.
BK Rhythm vs Chantilly Chella
BK is the heel in this match. She has a dull rap to insult Chella.
They start by trading arm bars and follow with arm drags. Chella gets a monkey flip and then Chella gets thrown headfirst into the buckle so that BK takes over. Chella is able to get another arm drag and then a series of kicks and strikes before BK drops her with a hip toss.
BK gets a two count and shows her frustration. BK puts in a reverse chin lock. Chella spins out of it and goes back to her kicks. Chella then gets a running knee into a snap mare followed by a drop kick for the two count. They trade holds until Chella gets a spin kick for the pin and the win.
Winner: Chantilly Chella
Holidead and Chainsaw w/Siren the Voodoo Doll vs Keta Rush and Kandi Krush
Chainsaw starts with Keta and Leta picks the ankle and takes Chainsaw down. Keta hits a series of drop kicks until the is able to get Chainsaw against the ropes. Keta and Kandi tag in and out quickly attacking Chainsaw. Chainsaw is able to tag in Holidead but Keta takes Holidead down. Holidead is up and pushes Keta into her corner where she tags in Kandi.
Kandi and Keta start quick tags as they have Holidead in a headlock. Keta locks in body scissors, but Holidead leans back to put Keta’s shoulders on the mat for two. Keta rolls to try to pin Holidead again, and then rolls over once more for a submission hold. Chainsaw breaks it up and Holidead is able to tag in Chainsaw legally after stomping Keta down in her corner. Chainsaw hits a suplex and drags her by her hair to her corner for a tag to Holidead.
Holidead hits a sidewalk slam for a two count. Holidead slams Keta into the turnbuckle in her corner and tags in Chainsaw, who keeps up the attack. Keta is able to get out of the way of a charge, and Kandi is tagged in. She cleans house and all four women are in the ring. Holidead and Chainsaw are slammed into each other and Kandi hits the KO Crush for the pin and the win.
Winners: Keta Rush and Kandi Krush
In the locker room, Keta and Kandi are celebrating. Kandi asks Keta to watch her stuff while she showers. When Kandi leaves, Stephy Slays shows and pulls Keta to the locker room and says she misses her and their team. Keta comes out of the shower and can’t find her boxing gloves, a present from her grandmother.
Tormenta w/Sophia Lopez vs Princess Aussie
Our main event.
They trade waist locks and Tormenta is able to slam Aussie. They trade one counts via roll ups and reset. Aussie is countering Tormenta’s powers with speed and messed up by trying a cross body into Tormenta’s arms for a gunslinger slam and then leaping onto Aussie knee first and covers for a two count.
Tormenta hits a pair of suplexes for a two count. Tormenta attacks Aussie in the corner, and then throws her to the mat for a two count. Aussie is tossed to the apron, and Aussie hits a shoulder into Tormenta when she moves in to attack, slides into the ring through Tormenta’s legs, and pulls her down for a two count.
Tormenta turns Aussie inside out with a clothesline to end Aussie’s comeback. Aussie tries another comeback with kicks. And then strikes in the corner. Aussie hits a spinning DDT for a two count.
This is a well worked match and doesn’t show the type of trainee pauses and such from the other matches. Good job to give these two the main event.
Aussie goes for a kick and Tormenta catches her and hits a modified Michinoku Driver. She then goes to the stomp from the top, but Aussie dodges and takes down Tormenta with a cutter. Aussie goes to the top, but Lopez grabs her feet. Aussie kicks her away and gets to the top, but Tormenta is able to run into the ropes, knocking her to the mat.
Tormenta puts Aussie in the torture rack, but Aussie escapes and rolls up Tormenta for the pin and the win.
Winner: Princess Aussie
Tormenta attacks after the loss and puts Aussie in the torture rack, and then drops her backward. Before Tormenta can do more, Leia Makoa comes to the ring for the save. Tormenta attacks Leia, but Leia is able to fight back and beats her down in the corner. Wrecking Ball comes into the ring and takes out Leia and Lopez holds up their hands in victory.
