WrestlePro are holding their 100th live event tonight in Rahway, NJ. Here are the ongoing results from the Rahway Rec Center:
*Matt Macintosh pinned Pat Buck in a back and forth competitive bout with a handspring cutter. This match took place at the first-ever WrestlePro event.
*AEW's Shawn Dean pinned Trax with a big splash off the ropes. The storyline was Trax's power vs. Dean's technical finesse.
*Justin Corino captured the WrestlePro Alaska Last Frontier Championship, defeating Fallah Bahh after Bahh was distracted during a four-way also featuring Victor Benjamin and Colton Charles.
*Sean Vargas pinned Crowbar with a chokeslam and a Destroyer powerbomb.
*AEW's Josh Woods pinned Yoscifer with a running knee strike. Yoscifer was an old school throwback crazy moinster character. He did a lot naiof big power spots. Woods nailed a neckbreaker off the top for a two count. Yoscifer used a chokeslam for a two count.
*TJ Crawford defeated AEW's Kip Sabian, Tyler Payne, Action Andretti, GKM and Cheeseburger.
*Wheeler Yuta defeated Dante Martin and Brian Myers, pinning Myers. Myers took the mic and said he wanted to congratulate everyone on 100 shows, but they can still kiss his a**.
*WrestlePro Tag Team Champion Iron Savages defeated The S.A.T.
*WrestlePro Gold Champion LSG pinned Dan Maff with a springboard forearm. This was a REALLY strong back and forth match.
*WrestlePro Women's Champion Lady Frost pinned Lena Kross with a twisting moonsault press off the top.
*CPA vs Shawn Donavan in a no ropes barbed wire match. Indeed, Barbed Wire replaced the ropes. Turnbuckles were replaced with barbed wire wrapped boards. They built to a spot where CPA had his arms and pulled Donovan into the wire while jumping off the apron to the floor. Donovan came back with an Avalanche into a barbed wire board in the corner. They each sold the barbed wire spots like they had been shot with machine guns. Some weapons were brought into the equation. CPA nailed him with a keyboard, which shattered and the smashed him over the head with a trash can several times before covering him for a two count. CPA pulled a ladder out from under the ring. He placed it in a corner with the idea he was going to use it to go Coast to Coast since there's no buckles. He went for the move but was hit with a trash can tossed at him in mid-air. CPA was sent into the wire and then hit with a staple gun several times. Donovan pulled a bag of thumb tacks from underneath the ring.
CPA fought back and smashed him into the ladder and used the staple gun. CPA climbed the ladder but was nailed with a big right hand. CPA came back to hit a shotgun missile dropkick off the ladder, driving Donovan backwards into the tacks. The crowd chanted, "This is awesome." CPA brought a barbed wire door into the ring. He tried to suplex Donovan into the door but was caught with a back suplex into the tacks. CPA revealed he had a flannel shirt on under his usual gear and speared Donovan into the barbed wire door. He tried to send Donovan in again, but it was reversed and hit the door so hard it fell over onto him after he crashed to the mat. The referee gets nailed by accident with a lariat when CPA ducked. CPA had the match won several times but the referee was unconscious. Donovan nailed him with a low blow.
Donovan pulled a piece of barbed wire out of his pocket, wrapped it around his knee and struck CPA with it. A second referee hit the ring but CPA kicked out at the last second. Donovan wrapped the barbed wire around his fist and brutalized CPA with right hands. He raked CPA with the barbed wire but was hit with a lot blow. CPA, not realizing who he grabbed, struck the referee. CPA wrapped the barbed wire and began using it but The Rat Bastards hit the ring and hit nailed CPA with a chair. They slid a barbed wire board into the ring. Maven Huffman, the first Tough Enough winner, hit the ring as a referee. CPA battled back and even escaped a powerbomb into the barbed wire board but when he covered Donovan, he was sent into the barbed wire board when Donovan kicked up. CPA ducked a chair and caught Donovan with a DVDR through the barbed wire board, scoring the pin.
They showed congratulations from Anthony Bowens, Tommy Dreamer, Joey Janela and Jay Lethal as well as MJF, who really didn't give a damn about it at all.
