Renée Paquette is on this week's AEW Unrestricted podcast.  Renée discusses what it was like making her AEW debut in Toronto, what led her to sign with the company and the challenges of being a mom and being on the road.  She also talks about what are her reactions to Jon Moxley's matches, the return of Saraya, how she got into the wrestling business, her love of improv comedy, her cookbook, and much much more.

Saraya returns for part three on the latest episode of The Sessions with Renée Paquette.  She discusses being inspired by Steve Austin's WrestleMania match to try to get cleared to get back into the ring. Saraya talks about being concerned about her past neck issues but finally getting the okay for no restrictions around Halloween from the doctor.  She makes it clear that the doctor cleared her to initially wrestle one match a month to start and see how everything goes.  And if she doesn't feel good to take time off.  Her fusions look good. The former Women's Champion understands that stylistically things will change.  She's going to be wary of doing stuff from behind and talks about the experience of taking flatback bumps. She talks about texting Sasha Banks, after finding out.  She talks about the two being so excited for one another.  The former Paige discusses how their fans tried to put them against each other after the accident.  Saraya discusses her debut and AEW Grand Slam and the differences between All Elite Wrestling, and the toxicity that came after she struggled with a promo that made her doubt herself.  Saraya discusses what it's like to work with Tony Khan, the behind-the-scenes of AEW, the women's division, and finding her identity.  She talks about having discussions with Triple H about returning to WWE but she felt a new environment would be better for her to really find out who she is now.  She talks about what ideas she has for the AEW Women's Division, Britt Baker, and more.
