I’m at the Agannis Arena tonight in what is BASICALLY the Wrestling Open suite. We’re prepared to be loud for all our local hero’s who are due to die on their swords in the pre-show.
Gates of Agony (w/ Prince Nana) beats Teddy Goodz & Big Cuzo.
Tay Melo beats Paris Van Dale.
Matt Hardy & Private Party beat Channing Thomas, Smiley & Kyle Bradley.
Athena beats Kayla Sparks (Athena almost gets DQ’d for shoving the ref but taps her out with a dragon sleeper. She hits an Eclipse after the match for good measure.
Butcher and the Blade (w/ The Bunny) murder Waves & Curls. They just attack them from behind during their intro and it was all downhill from there. We popped pretty hard for this one, tbh.
We have a ROH match! Bobby Cruise is announcing! It’s a ROH Pure Championship match! Leon Ruffin comes down but they send him back behind the curtain because he’s actually getting an entrance. Lol.
Daniel Garcia(c) vs Leo Ruffin (for the ROH Pure Wrestling Championship)
Garcia with a takedown and takes the back with ease. Some disrespectful slaps to the head and he breaks it himself. Garcia walking all over Ruffin before he starts to get evasive on the ropes and sneaks in an armbar. Ruffin to the top but Garcia just shoved him off to the floor. So pure. Pure Wrestler Daniel Garcia throws Leon Ruffin purely into the barricade, purifying it. It does not lead to a pinfall though. Garcia stomping Ruffin relentlessly. Leon with a desperate dropkick and throwing hands. Rebound lariat after escaping a sleeper. Corkscrew cutter off the second and Garcia kicks out. Garcia throws a closed fist and takes a warning. Garcia dropping a flurry of elbows…transition to a rear naked…Leon reverses to a pin…Garcia gets back into the submission…Leon fading….he tries to pick Garcia up out of but Daniel transitions to a reverse dragon sleeper and Leon drops. Lights out.

Dark Order #10 beats Jora Johl. Evil Uno is nowhere in sight, this is not helping my case within this suite. Fairly competitive to start, Johl shows some power before 10 takes over and starches him with a discus clothesline.
AR Fox Beats Serpentico?!? We’re pretty shocked at this good looking matchup. Fox with a series of rolling cutters can’t get the job done. He trips up coming through the ropes and Serpentico catches him with a flatliner. He tries to steal the pin with the ropes. Fox with a Spanish Fly and 450 puts Serpentico away!!!!!
Willow Nightingale & Riho beats Emi Sakura & Mei Seruga (w/ Baliyan Akki)
Oh mannnnn, we get Emi and Akki at Wrestling Open tomorrow night! (8pm in Worcester, MA or on IWTV.live!). We love this matchup. Willow and Emi trade powerful shoulder blocks. Mei & Emi try a double team but Willow powers out. Tag to Riho but Baliyan Akki gets involved. Sakura makes a bench out of Riho with a gutbuster for Mei to sit upon. Mei scratching and biting and slamming Riho’s face into the mat. Riho with the rolling reversal into a double stomp! Willow’s in! Hip attack! Huge pounce and Mei Seruga goes fllllllllyyyyyyying. Mei tries a sleeper and Willow is staggered. Emi in, big crossbody to the corner but Willow hits a spine buster. Riho almost wins it with. Rolling pin! Mei in to head scissor Emi into a senton on both their opponents! Sakura up top….she misses! Riho hits the double stomp! Kick out! Sakura uses the ref as a shield. Akki trips up Riho! Willow saves the pin!!! Willow with the double clothesline! DVD to Sakura! Riho comes in for the kill and pins Emi Sakura!
