WWE has come a long way thanks in large part to foreign wrestlers. Let’s examine these foreign wrestlers who succeed in the organization.
The United States of America is home to all the legendary pro wrestlers, including Hogan, Flair, Austin, and others. Even so, a few foreign-born men, including some well-known figures, propelled WWE to an unprecedented level of fame.
Here are the top 5 foreign wrestlers in the WWE.
# 1 André The Giant (France)
Because of his enormous size and structure, André the Giant (André René Roussimoff) is considered one of the ‘Wonders of the World’, actually the wonder No. 8. He ranks among the greatest in WWE history. He was listed as weighing 520 pounds and standing at 7 feet 4 inches tall.
In order to claim the W.W.F. Championship, he defeated Hulk Hogan. In 1993, shortly after his untimely death, André became the first person to be inducted into the illustrious WWE Hall of Fame (formerly the W.W.F. Hall of Fame). The sole inductee that year was a French celebrity. He once held the W.W.F. World Heavyweight championship. He also held the W.W.F. Tag Team championship alongside Haku.
André the Giant, a documentary, premiered on HBO on April 10, 2018. Additionally, Andre worked on a few movies and TV shows. He had guest appearances on various television programs, including The Fall Guy, B.J. and the Bear, and The Greatest American Hero. He was a successful foreign wrestler in the WWE.

This Canadian wrestler, whose real name is Adam Joseph Copeland, rose to the top of the sport overnight and is still doing so. Every WWE title that is currently available to Edge has been won by him multiple times.
He has defeated many notable pro wrestlers, including Ric Flair, The Big Show, Jack Swagger, Mick Foley, The Miz, Rey Mysterio, Khali, Finlay, Jeff Hardy, Christian, Undertaker, Kane, Eddie Guererro, Kurt Angle, Randy Orton, Chris Benoit, Chris Jericho, Batista...

From 2000 through 2006, this formidable Canadian (real name: Patricia Anne Stratigeas) dominated the WWE Women’s Division. She lived in a brutal era, competing against Molly Holly, Victoria, Lita, and many more.
She won both the Hardcore Championship and the Women’s Championship seven times. She won the PWI award for best Diva of the decade. After her retirement, Trish Stratus made a number of noteworthy performances in the WWE and was also honored with induction into the Hall of Fame.
