A lunatic shows up on Raw uninvited and gets carried away by security. The next week, he gets kidnapped and taken away from his tag team partner Tommaso Ciampa, who we have not seen. Miz says he was about to win the US title and he was shown why he was his target. It was not his A List status or his boyish good looks. He was targeted because of his mind.
It is not some Hannibal Lecter thing. Miz says when he chose to give a selfless act and share his expertise with an up and coming superstar, he cannot accept that he chose Tommaso Ciampa. Miz says that man thought about his revenge. He did not want Ciampa to know that he is the reason this is happening. Miz says Ciampa is his best friend and if you know anything about him, let him know.
Johnny Gargano comes out and says that is not what happened and Miz is full of crap. Johnny says your ‘friend’ isn’t missing. Johnny says he texted him a few minutes ago.
