DOUKI forces Fujita to submit to the Italian Stretch #32.

Henare pins Oiwa after a Rampage spear.
After the match, United Empire taunted Togi Makabe, who slammed the mat in frustration.
Tiger Mask, David Finlay and Ren Narita vs. Tomohiro Ishii, YOSHI-HASHI and Hirooki Goto
YOSHI-HASHI pins Tiger Mask after hitting Karma.
After the match, Narita continued to fight with Ishii. Narita locked in a sleeper hold. Ishii went out like a light. Goto and YOSHI-HASHI rushed to check on him. Ishii was groggy as he left the ring.
They are building Ren Narita well. His sleeper is now seems like a weapon after rendering Ishii unconscious. Their match in a few days should be good.

Taiji knocks out Gedo with a Sumo Elbow.
Taichi pins Gedo.
Master Wato and Tomoaki Honma vs. SANADA and Hiromu Takahashi

BUSHI, Titan and Tetsuya Naito vs. Francesco Akira, TJP and Gideon Grey

BUSHI pins Grey.
NEVER Openweight 6-man Championship: Hiroshi Tanahashi, Hikuleo and Ryusuke Taguchi, with Jado vs. SHO, Yujiro Takahashi and EVIL, with Dick Togo
Taguchi came to the ring with SHO’s wrench, which he stole at an event last week.
When House of Torture gets to the ring, SHO demands that Taguchi give back his property. Taguchi gives the wrench to a young lion who takes it back to the locker area.
House of Torture attacks everyone. Lots of comedy spots with Taguchi. The heels kept Taguchi away from Hikuleo and Tanahashi. Taguchi makes the hot tag to Hikuleo. House of Torture pulled out all their tricks.
Togo throws a chair into Taguchi’s face. SHO hits a cross arm piledriver.
SHO pins Taguchi.
House of Torture retain the NEVER Openweight 6-man Championship.
The conclusion of the match makes sense. Hikuleo will challenge Karl Anderson for the NEVER Openweight Title on November 5. I would expect Hikuleo to win that title as Anderson is now in WWE and will appear at Crown Jewel on the same day. I have no idea how NJPW and WWE will pull this off as scheduled, but we shall see.
Hikuleo is still quite green and needed some guidance by Tanahashi during the match. He got some impressive wins during the tour in opening tag matches. However, Tanahashi and Taguchi carried the match and spent more time in the ring. If Hikuleo does win the NEVER Title from Karl Anderson, he may have a short reign and he will need to work solo matches without tag partners to rely on.
The tournament for the NJPW World Television Title continues on October 26.
