I went to the WWE show here in Topeka with my kids yesterday. Quick notes and results:
*Dolph Ziggler and Nikki A.S.H. defeated Damien Priest and Rhea Ripley with Dominik Mysterio when Nikki hit a flying bodypress on Rhea. Mysterio's mullet just screams sleazy.
*Omos with MVP pinned R-Truth with a chokeslam. Short.
*WWE 24/7 Champion Dana Brooke vs. Tamina was underway when Bayley, IYO SKY and Dakota Kai attacked, turning into a tag team match with Damage Control winning. Bayley was very good on the mic.
*Mustafa Ali pinned Chad Gable. Otis with Chad. Very underrated wrestling match here.
WWE Raw Women's Champion Bianca Belair pinned Bayley after Alexa Bliss stopped Damage Control from interfering.
*Kevin Owens pinned Theory with a stunner. This was probably the best thing on the show. My kids had the best time giving Theory garbage from the third row.
WWE United States Champion Seth Rollins pinned Riddle in a Street Fight. Lots of weapons. Crowd loved all of this.
Overall, a good, although pricey time. I can't imagine going more than once a year as it was well over $1,000 between tickets, parking, dinner, merchandise, etc. but the kids were all happy on the ride home, so that's the important thing. Thanks for all you guys do on the site to keep us entertained.
