On the latest episode of Jim Ross' "Grilling JR" podcast, the Hall of Fame broadcaster does a Q&A episode where he gives his thoughts on a multitude of topics including how Triple H is doing in his role with WWE, the return of Bray Wyatt, his favorite angle and match he's ever seen, working backstage with talents in AEW, whether he'd ever take over talent relations, what it's like working on Rampage, and much more.
When asked what retirement looks like for Jim Ross, he stated that he is currently working on a previously negotiated 18-month contract extension. Once that is done, they will go from there. Ross talks about his battle with skin cancer and the toll it took and he knows that this can't last forever, Ross stated he's not sure if he's going to stay or go or if Tony wants him to stay or go, but they are just going to take it as it comes. Ross talks about how he likes what he's doing but has to be realistic that, perhaps the wrestling travel lifestyle is not good for his well-being. Ross later iterates that he would love to end his career with All Elite Wrestling if possible, stating he just wants to help the company get notoriety and when he does leave, whenever that happens, that the company is in a better place.

Renée teased that alongside her new All Elite Wrestling duties and the new Bengals podcast, there's another announcement forthcoming....but she did not reveal any details on that.
