It is Friday and it’s time for AEW Battle of the Belts, and we’re live partner! They are still in Washington DC at the Entertainment and Sports Arena.. Our commentary team is JIm Ross, Chris Jericho, and Excalibur.
We go right into Pac’s next match for the AEW All Atlantic Title.
AEW All-Atlantic Champion Pac vs. Trent Beretta
They start by throwing hands. No lockups here. Trent is able to bring Pac down, but Pac recovers with a pump kick. Pac comes off the ropes and kicks Trent, but Trent nails Pac with another forearm and then leaps onto him on the floor. They brawl outside the ring. Trent ends it with a drop kick on the floor and rolls Pac into the ring, and Pac rolls out of the ring. Trent hits a spear and rolls Pac into the ring and covers for a two count.
Pac goes outside the ring again, and as Trent goes after him, Pac meets him with a back kick. Pac moves the table next to the ramp. Trent is able to nail Pac and lays him out of the table. Trent goes to leap onto it, but Pac gets off the table before the attack. Pac tries to escape and Trent meets him with a kick on the other side of the ring. Trent rolls him into the ring and goes to the top. Pac meets him there and hits an avalanche brain buster as we go picture in picture.
When we return to full screen, Pac has taken control and suplexes him. They both take time to get up and the ref counts to three before they are both up and Trent gets a series of blows and a pair of suplexes. Trent gets the rope assisted spinning DDT for a two count. Pac made it look BRUTAL. Pac tries to roll outside and Trent grabs him and hauls him back in. Trent slams Pac’s head into the top turnbuckle, and then turns him inside out with a clothesline.
Trent plants Pac with a pile driver and a two count that the fans thought was the end of the match. Pac rolls onto the ramp. Trent follows him and Pac is able to pick him up and hit a brain buster off the ramp through the table. Pac has had his back cut by the table.
Trent is back in the ring first. Pac goes to the top. Pac goes for Black Arrow, but Trent gets his knees up. Trent goes for a spear and Pac gets a knee up. Trent gets an inside cradle for a two count.
Best match of the night for AEW by far.
Pac goes up and Trent hits the ropes to knock Pac down. Trent is able to get to the top for a half and half suplex from the top and a two count. Trent goes for a back slam but Pac reverses it to the Brutalizer. Trent gets to the ropes to break the hold.
Pac goes to the floor to grab the ring hammer. Pac uses the hammer on Trent as Trent suplexes him into the ring, and Pac covers for the three.

Orange Cassidy rushes the ring and attacks Pac with security pulling him off.
In the back, Tony is with Jericho, Ang, and Matt Menard. Matt says that Daniel Garcia may want to leave the next, but he failed and it’s time to come home. Jericho says that they are like family, and it’s time for family to get together. Tony says that Jericho is systematically cheating, and Jericho says he is desecrating the legacy of Ring of Honor and the Ring of Jericho era has begun.
We get a pre-tape of Claudio Castagnoli saying that if Bryan Danileson wins, he’d love to face him, But no matter who wins, he will be waiting.
Jade Cargill (TBS Champion) vs Willow Nightingale
Ricky Starks takes Jericho’s place at commentary.
They lock up and Jade walks Willow into the corner. They break clean. They lock up again and Willow walks Jade into the corner. They break clean again. They jack jaws and Jade takes Willow down with kicks. After Jade gets some shots in the corner, Willow escapes and hits a drop kick on Jade. She gets a snap suplex and then a two count.
Jade misses a clothesline and Willow escapes a slam and tosses Jade to the outside. Willow leaps out of the ring and runs into the baddies while Jade escapes. Jade is able to get a cazadora on Willow into the steel steps. Jade Cargill hits a power bomb and then Jaded for the win.

After the match, Nyla Rose steals the TBS title.
Hook is in the back and is asked about the envelope by Lexi. He tears it up and walks off.
We get a video of Toni Storm and Shida talking about how they will beat Britt Baker on Dynamite next week.
Ring Of Honor Tag Team Champions FTR (Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler) vs. The Gates of Agony (Toa Liona and Kaun).
The Gunn Boys are in the front row, dressed as FTR,
The match goes by Ring of Honor rules.
Dax and Kaun lock up and Kaun forces Dax into the corner for a break. Dax is able to change a waist lock from Taun into an arm bar. Kaun is able to drop Dax with a short arm clothesline, and then starts the ground and pound. They fight into the corner with Sax in charge. They run the ropes with Dax getting a neck breaker. Toa comes in, Dax and Cash knock him to the floor. He frantically tries to get back into the ring, but Prince Nana holds him back.
Dax suplexes Kaun, Cash has tagged in and dropped into Kaun’s chest for a two count. Cash fights Kaun in the corner. Kaun whips Cash into the other corner, where he goes up and over Kaun. Cash runs the ropes right into a clothesline from Kaun. Kaun then tags in Toa who slams Cash. He then hits a running head butt. He beats down Cash and locks on the nerve pinch.
Cash gets to his feet and Toa head butts him down. Cash tries for a sunset flip, but Toa stops and drops onto Cash’s chest. Toa tags in Kaun, and they slam Cash to the mat for a two count. Dax cannot get a tag as Gates of Agony have cut the ring in half and keeps attacking Cash. Cash goes to the outside and Toa tosses him into the barricade. Cash sidesteps a charge and we go picture in picture.
When we return to full screen, Cash fights his way out of the opposite corner. After he takes out the Gates of Agony, he crawls to his corner. Kaun cuts him off, but Cash ducks under and gets the tag. Dax cleans house.
Toa cuts him off with a Samoan drop and a two count. Cash is able to stop Tou’s attack and shrugs them both off. Dax goes to the top, leaps and Toa catches him. Cash comes off the top with a drop kick so that Dax can cover for two. They double team Toa, who rolls out. When he tries to get back in, they stop him on the ropes for a drop DDT.
Kaun is tagged in, and Dax grabs a waistlock. Kaun reverses it. He tosses Dax into the ropes where he kicks Toa out of the ring. This allows Kaun to hoist him and drop him into a gut buster and a two count. Dax crawls to his corner, where Cash shows up in time to take the tag.
FTR hit a stuffed pile driver for a two count. Toa comes in and FTR tries for the Big Rig, but he’s too big. He shrugs them off. FTR tosses him into the ropes and this time they get the Big Rig, but he’s not the legal man.
Kaun comes in and takes out Cash. Dax is able to come off the ropes for a rollup, but Nana gets on the apron to distract the referee. Dax has to let go of the hodl to get the referee’s attention. Nana holds Dax as Kaun runs for a big boot, but Dax escapes and shoves Kaun into Nana, knocking him to the floor.
Dax gets a back slide for the three count and the win.
Winners and still ROH Tag Team Champions: FTR
Gates of Agony attack immediately, and Brian Cage comes to assist with the beat down. Wardlow runs down to assist FTR, but they still have the upper hand. It’s Time For Samoa Joe, who finally turns the tables.
