Is WWE serious with Logan Paul vs. Roman Reigns?  WHY????

Yes they are and here is WHY.  Think back to Wrestlemania 1 - the big lure was Mr. T wrestling with Hulk Hogan in the main event.  WWE has always been built in spectacle and celebrity involvement.  It's not like they haven't built Wrestlemanias around a celebrity main eventing...oh wait, Lawrence Taylor vs. Bam Bam Bigelow at Wrestlemania 11.  The company has a long history of doing such things and given Paul's insane celebrity and social media following, of course they are going to do this.  They aren't paying him whatever he's making, which isn't a small fee, to wrestle opening matches.  They are going to try and garner as much as they can out of him and given the show will air live on Peacock, it'll get them a nice audience and differentiate it from every other show they do.  He's shown a nice aptitude for performing and I am sure they will have Michael Hayes and Paul Heyman produce an entertaining bout.  It'll get them eyeballs and cash.  That's why.

AEW sold out Grandslam in advance last year but hasn't this year, sign of the end?

It's not the sign of the end.  I expect they will come close to selling out and might even have a bigger live gate this year, since some of the pricing has been increased, but it wasn't the instant sellout that they had last year.

Why don't we ever see WWC footage on the WWE Network?

The story, as I understand it, is that some of the tapes were damaged due to the place they were stored due to the long-lasting effects of Hurricane Maria, with electrical outages, flooding, etc. and the tapes sitting in hot, humid conditions.  That has likely led to a slow process of trying to extricate the footage from the masters and digitize it.  There's been some material used, but not a lot.

Does ESPN still own the rights to the library of Joe Pedicino's Global Wrestling Federation or did they sold it to WWE?

I believe they may have the rights to re-air them, as they did with AWA but haven't done so.

Who owns the rights to the old Pro Wrestling This Week series?

My guess is that Bonnie Blackstone, Joe Pedicino's widow, would own the rights but given that series was made up of clips of countless different promotions that sent in footage, it would be dicey to claim ownership of everything that airs.
