Former WWE NXT star Patrick Clark aka The Velveteen Dream is slated to arraigned for his probation violation this Monday afternoon 9/19 at 1:30 PM EST in Seminole County, Florida, PWInsider.com has confirmed.
Clark was arrested in November 2021 by The Alamonte Springs Police Department where he was charged with with possession of cocaine, use or possession of drug paraphernalia, destroying/altering/concealing physical evidence and having no lamps/illuminating devices in his vehicle. Court records indicate that on 4/21/22, Judge Donna Goerner sentenced Clark to 12 months probation on the possession of drug paraphernalia charge, $213 in court costs as well as community service as part of a plea agreement.
Clark was only four months into that probation when he was arrested on 8/20 in Orlando, Florida on charges of battery and trespassing on a property after warning when, according to police records, an employee at fitness gym Club Orlando got into an altercation after Clark was asked to exit an area of the gym that was about to be cleaned. Police records state that Clark became "irate and argumentative" towards the employee, leading to him being ordered to leave the facility. Instead, Clark allegedly threatened to kill the employee. This sparked a physical fight, which saw Clark bite the man. He was arrested after authorities found teeth marks on the men's "left chest near the left armpit." Clark plead not guilty in this case, which remains unresolved, but the fact he was arrested violation his parole, leading to a warrant being issued for his arrest and Clark being taken into custody days later.
Clark has remained incarcerated in Seminole County, Florida since late August. He will once again go before Judge Goerner today.
Clark last wrestled for WWE NXT in December 2020 and was officially released in May 2021. He has not wrestled since his WWE release.
