Court records indicate that tormer WWE NXT star Patrick Clark aka The Velveteen Dream was officially declared guity of violating an existing probation when he was arrested on 8/20 in Orlando. The presiding Judge released Clark on 9/13, citing that his confinement of 25 days in Seminole County Jail was sufficient punishment.
Clark was arrested in November 2021 by The Alamonte Springs Police Department where he was charged with with possession of cocaine, use or possession of drug paraphernalia, destroying/altering/concealing physical evidence and having no lamps/illuminating devices in his vehicle. Court records indicate that on 4/21/22, Judge Donna Goerner sentenced Clark to 12 months probation on the possession of drug paraphernalia charge, $213 in court costs as well as 25 hours of community service as part of a plea agreement. Clark would still need to serve the remainder of his probation, obviously.
Clark was only four months into his probation when he was arrested on 8/20 in Orlando, Florida on charges of battery and trespassing on a property after warning when, according to police records, an employee at fitness gym Club Orlando got into an altercation after Clark was asked to exit an area of the gym that was about to be cleaned. Police records state that Clark became "irate and argumentative" towards the employee, leading to him being ordered to leave the facility. Instead, Clark allegedly threatened to kill the employee. This sparked a physical fight, which saw Clark bite the man. He was arrested after authorities found teeth marks on the men's "left chest near the left armpit." Clark plead not guilty in that incident, which as of this writing remains unresolved.
Clark last wrestled for WWE NXT in December 2020 and was officially released in May 2021. He has not wrestled since his WWE release.
