COMPLETE AEW DYNAMITE COVERAGE

By Anthony Pires on 2022-09-07 20:29:00

It's Wednesday Night! And you know what that means! Actually, I have absolutely no idea what the hell it means tonight.  Your guess is as good as mine.  On the heels of All Out, the only PPV to ever be completely forgotten about 30 minutes after it ended, AEW is in Buffalo for tonight's Dynamite.  Excalibur throws us to the shocking conclusion of All Out when MJF made his return. The video did not show the actual AEW Champion.  Tony Schiavone and Taz are at the booth.

Tony Kahn addresses the crowd from backstage. The AEW World Title & The AEW Trios title are vacant. The Trios title will be filled tonight and a tournament will take place culminating at Grand Slam.

MJF comes out wearing a Josh Allen jersey.  He's over acting the pandering babyface as he comes to the ring.  Buffalo loves him.  He says the devil is back.  He plays up his "love" of the Buffalo Bills. He declares he loves AEW and leads an AEW chant. He didn't mean to insult them last time he was here in Buffalo. He's not in the tournament because he has that chip that guarantees him a shot.  He assures that AEW is not in dark times, as he's a leader, better than even Moses.  Jon Moxley comes out to confront him.  He says MJF is full of crap.  MJF finally drops the facade and wipes his posterior with a Josh Allen jersey.  He's going to use the AEW as a bargaining chip.  He's going to take the belt to a real wrestling company.  He makes a LOT of references to WWE.  Moxley threatens him. MJF takes off his shirt and bails, tonight will not be the night.

Moxley, now alone in the ring, tells Buffalo that he's embarrassed over not being AEW World Champion.  He gives a rally speech about what AEW means to him. He says it's time for him to be a legend.
