With all the talk of changes (and potential changes to come) within WWE, one aspect that has yet to be really talked about is that there has been a major positive change in the energy and flow within the company as the old feeling of "walking on eggshells" that was prevalent in certain departments has quickly faded away, replaced instead with a renewed hope and pride for those working for the company.
One department where that change has been described as "massively night and day" has been inside the company's production end. The new regime of Nick Khan, Paul Levesque and Stephanie McMahon has come with one massive positive - there isn't anyone yelling at the production truck or the announcers anymore since Vince McMahon, who was extremely heavy-handed verbally over the course of TV productions is no longer there.
For those who work on WWE's TV production side, Mondays and Fridays are no longer being seen as the worst days of the job. Instead, over the last several weeks, the department has started to settle into a situation where instead, while the days are extremely long and hard, everyone isn't walking in and out expecting some sort of PTSD to follow them home the next day after Raw and Smackdown.
In turn, we are told that the entire department - announcers, cameramen, producers, directors, etc. have been extremely happy over the last few weeks and as one person stated, "allowed to feel like it's fun to work here." It's all led to a better flow and engagement across the board, sparking creative ideas and more camaraderie in the department.
We've heard from several who were looking to leave just a few months ago who have reconsidered that decision and many, many others who have pointed out how happy they are and how they hope the current "honeymoon feeling" of the new regime remains, because it's already meant a world of difference in their day to day professional lives.
