After Raw went off the air, Edge took the mic and said that 30 years ago, he had his first wrestling match and knew that one day, he'd be standing in front of all of the fans. He said that what he didn't count on was being forced to retire for nine years and have to fight with everyone to get back ito the ring. He said that all the fans were the reason he fought to come back.
Edge said Damian Priest was going to be one of the best talents and the future of the company. He said that he wants to come back next August when WWE usually comes back to Toronto and "in a perfect world, we all say goodbye to each other that night."
He said Toronto would be a good place for him to do it. He said he loves Toronto and loves being Canadian. He led a Maple Leafs chant.
